Well I didn’t know what torn paper bears were so googled, not what I was expecting. Lol. I do remember the Altoona police reference but was a little before my time.

What the heck is a torn bear? Google torn bear paper piecing and click images. 😊 Mulberry paper which when dampened can be pulled to make soft fuzzy edges. |

I can't remember what I did yesterday, but I remember the pea threatening to commit suicide was different than the Altoona pea. And I remember laughing hysterically about the Altoona Police thing. And I also remember that later there was a crazy scrapbook store owner in Altoona who was involved in a murder. Was that unrelated to the Altoona Police Pea, or the same person?
