I think accordion. And Tuba.
But Guy Fieri has a lot of electric guitar. I think he's chosen poorly.

A jazz band kind-trombone, and trumpet maybe?

A tuba and a wailing sax

I'm a little disappointed that no one else wants to weigh in on the sound of sausage making.

I immediately thought "trombone".

Flute or clarinet. Both look and sound sausage like to me.

Really, a whole polka band would be appropriate.

I agree, sausage making calls for polka music.

I think accordion and tuba.. maybe a random violin or sax addition. Something a bit polka-ish

Guy Fieri is a douchewaffle.
Polka band is the way to go.
Or, something like the music Kramer has when he's making sausages:
ETA: How much do I love that you can just post a video in here!?!

.P.S. I really wish I knew where to find this completely weird German song about sausages that my friend found on the interwebs once. I would totally link it. I think it would add greatly to this conversation
