I was looking through my cards earlier this week and realized that very, very few of my cards are masculine. I have done a couple of Z cards using stamps and papers that I had on hand, but they aren't really Father's Day themed. However, I'll share them, anyway: My Z CardsI would be more likely to create Father's Day cards based on their interests. Camping/fishing, western themed, tools, sports, cars/motorcycles, etc. For my DH, I'd do something beach related, such as with a lighthouse. This is one I did for DH years ago, but it's not a Z fold: Father's Day Card
Let us see what you come up with. You're creative, so I'm sure it will be something good.

I've never seen/heard of Z cards before. Where did you see the ones that inspired you?
My father's day cards are mostly bad puns - "dad jokes" but that's probably not what you had in mind.

Don’t know where I saw the double z cards first. But my searching found This video. There are a lot of them on Pinterest and YouTube if you search double z cards. And Silhouette had some cut files for z cards in their 3-D sale. But most are Christmas or feminine. I was looking for something more masculine. I finished one one z card but turned it into a birthday card. It’s in the Gallery, but I am having trouble linking from Flickr right now

Oh my goodness! I need to save that AddINKtive Designs site! What a lot of cool cards! And with tutorials! Thanks so much, scrapnnana ! I was pretty proud of my western birthday card, but now I see these I am almost afraid to show it to you. But the link works now, so here it is: ranch bd inside by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

I think your card looks fabulous, grammadee! I'm sure they'll love it!
I was really impressed by the AddINKtive Designs site, too.
I'm also trying to figure out Father's Day/masculine cards. I realized recently that my card stash is overwhelmingly feminine. I need to make some masculine cards to have on hand.

If you want some inspiration this next month, you could join in our J une Team Challenge. Since I have yet to do my FD cards, and I have a bunch of guy bd's in July, I intend to throw in at least one masculine card challenge for June.

I admit I never make father's day cards. I buy those ones that make music or do some other silly and stupid thing. My kids love it.

Thanks, grammadee, for inviting me, but I don't think I am up to the challenge this month.
