If so, how did you like it compared to regular Reformer-based Pilates? I know it's supposed to be more intense. I'm looking for a Reformer studio in downtown Houston and the most convenient one I can find is a Lagree/Megaformer one. Trying to decide if I want to haul my ass into a Lyft for 5:30 AM classes when I'm traveling when I'm not sure how I'll like the class lol Very interested in your experiences with it

I have done it and don't really care for it. I prefer a traditional Reformer class. However, I wouldn't skip it if that's all you can find downtown. If you'd prefer a traditional one, I can give you recs for good studios that are not that far from downtown - i go to Club Pilates, but Citizen Pilates, Method and Boost are all good studios.

Oh, thank you!!! I'd found Citizen Pilates and it was reasonably close but the early morning classes were all fully booked already. Club Pilates is too far away (that's where I go at home), but Method Montrose is the closest thing I've found yet and has 5:30 AM classes. I'm going to see if I can get in. Thanks again
