First of all, you have my sympathy. Allergies have made me miserable for huge chunks of my adult life. Over the years we made many environmental changes and I made some dietary changes that really helped me. However, with this year's super bloom, and a trip to beautiful British Columbia (fantastic!!) last week, I am really suffering.
I often get symptoms that are very much like the worst head cold + worst chest cold you've ever had. I've been miserable since Sunday evening, our last night in B.C. with our ds, and then traveling home took 16 hours with a 2.5 car ride, 3 flights and a 4 hour layover. Severe headache, sore throat, lost my voice, itchy eyes, very congested sinuses and chest.
HAVE YOU EVER HAD THESE AS A SYMPTOM OF ALLERGIES?:
1. Chills and sweats -- I know that sounds like more than allergies, but I know pollen made me sick.
2. Really bad body odor -- it feels like tons of toxins are trying to exit my body.
I hope you're all feeling much better than I am! We are hosting a party for my husband's students tomorrow, and I may have to hideout in our bedroom if I feel like this.
