After having iPhones my whole smartphone life, i made the switch to a Samsung Galaxy S10 a few days ago. It is an awesome phone, but omg for the first two days my whole life felt messed up . It was so annoying to not be able to find stuff. It's incredible how ingrained IOS was in me. Seriously, it's just a phone, I know, but this felt like a huge transition somehow #firstworldproblem Now that I'm fused to it a little better, there are so many things I like about this phone though. For starters, the camera is amazing.
So, out of curiosity, what phone do you have? Do you like it?

I have a Pixel 3 XL. I have been far more pleased with it than any other phone. It is basically a blank slate. None of those pre-added apps that you cannot remove so the only apps I have on it are the ones I use.

You will have to pry my iPhone out of my cold, dead hands. I recently upgraded to an 8. I love that it seamlessly integrates everything important to my laptop and iPad. It works the way I do, it thinks the way I do. I had an LG for a while before getting an iPhone and I hated it with the heat of a thousand suns. I swear, you had to press buttons like ten times to do anything and it was truly annoying. You won’t ever get me to switch to anything else now.

I’ve had iPhones as my personal devices since they came to Verizon. I have a Galaxy 8 and 9 for test devices for a work project and I hate them. I would never switch. I hope your new phone is everything you want it to be.

iPhone. I have considered switching to a galaxy. But that really makes no sense since I have a newish iPad. I’ll probably bite the bullet soon and get another iPhone which I am very comfortable with.

Galaxy s8. I would never use an iPhone. My sister and mother use them and when they ask me to check something in their phone I get mad about 2 seconds in and hand the phone back.

The lack of bloat from software is amazing.

I upgraded last year from blackberry to a Google pixel 2. It was the only phone that made me want to give up my crackberry. My DH still is on blackberry.
I love my google phone. My tablet and phone sync. It's awesome. I dont do apple. Very anti apple

I have an old Samsung Galaxy, from 2014 I think. No issues. But I am not one that is constantly using my phone, adding apps, etc. I use it to text, make calls, and sometimes read. Oh, and the google maps app! The only reason I’d consider switching to an iPhone when it dies is compatibility with my iPad. But I’m fine with this one until it dies.

I have an iPhone X. I liked my old phone (a 6) just fine. Then I saw my kid use his camera on his X and got one the next weekend. I have used Mac/Apple since 1981, so I am entangled in all that is iwhatever. My first few phones weren't iPhones and they were fine for what I needed them for.

Pixel 2. DS and I both had Galaxy S7 and both had problems so we aren't going back to Samsung.
eta: DS switched to the iPhone XR. He had a 5S before getting the S7 and decided he wanted to go back to iPhone.

Samsung Galaxy4. Had it a number of years and don't see a reason to change unless it quits working.

iPhone XR and so far I really like it but it’s wry big and I had wanted a smaller phone and it’s heavy. I see it like a small tablet. As far as phones go I think it’s great but no cell phones work in my neighbourhood. I needed to make a call today and yesterday and couldn’t connect.

Galaxy S8. I have no complaints (unlike the S5 I had before) and will keep it until I do.

iPhone X for the past 18 mos--very happy with it. This is my 3rd iPhone--had a 4 for about 4yrs, then a 6 for 3 yrs, then the X. And I only upgraded because DH finally had to upgrade his 4--which was almost 7 yrs old--and there was a buy one/get one free offer going on. So he got an 8 and I got an X. My niece is using the 6 and very happy with it.

iPhone 8+. My dds all have iPhones, too. Dh has an android phone- he won’t do an iPhone. He is the only one of us that has issues with his phone- it’s always something. And I’m always saying oh if you had an iPhone you could blank or blank. I mean maybe his phone would do those things but he doesn’t know how. Lol not sure why he’s so stubborn about it!

I've had the iPhone 7+ for 24 months. I still love it. This. I've had mine a few months longer and am eligible for an upgrade but I see no point right now.
