Just got to work and I'm having my first cuppa. My colleague was 20 mins late again and left the place in a mess from yesterday so getting things sorted out and looking as they should is my first job. Hope you have a good day

A rainy late morning in Norway right now. I'm enjoying a coffee and the kids are having their autumn breake (the old potato breake), and are home as well.
My husbands Grandmother died last week, and today I'll spend my time preparing for the funeral tomorrow, baking, buying roses and getting our clothes ready. This has been a tough week, ecpesially for the kids who have lost their Great Grandmother.

It's good to know you are both feeling a little better today. Take care, enjoy your day. I've finished my coffee so no excuse now about starting on the 'To Do' list today!

6:06 a.m. here but I've been up since 4:0 a.m. grading papers. There's just never enough time during the school day to give student writing the thoughtful review and evaluation it deserves. I'm also drinking coffee - lots of it.

4:13 here. I am at work. Just under 4 more hours of working night shift and I get to go home to bed. There is nothing to do at work right now but wait for the phone to ring so I am catching up on 2 Peas.

Morning ladies! I've been up since 5am here on the east coast. Today is my Friday since it's my last day of work for the week. The kids have tomorrow off too due to a professional development day. We also have Monday off as well. I'm REALLY looking forward to the 4 day weekend. I have a long to-do list that I want to work on. DH will be busy most of the weekend with photo shoots so it'll give me plenty of time to get done what I need to. My girls also have their last 2 soccer games on Friday and Saturday. I'm going to miss their games but I just signed them up for indoor soccer for the first time so we'll only have to wait a few weeks to see them play again. I hope you ladies have a great day!

I have 2 hours before leaving for work, not sure why I am up so early. Could not go back to sleep. So, I will do some cleaning in my scraproom, a short workout and then go to work. This afternoon I am going to my ENT to see about hearing aids. It will be nice to understand what people are saying without asking them to repeat themselves 2 or 3 times.

Good morning all! I've been up since 5:45, it is 6:30 now. Getting kids ready and out the door for school busses.
Thursday is league bowling day. Dh leaves this morning for Boston on business, so the boys and I will have a quiet night at home.

Like gar, I just got to work and am having my first cup of coffee. I get up at 4:05 to get here between 6 and 6:30 with an hour commute. Trust me, I need all the coffee I can drink in the morning. Too bad as soon as I start reading documentation it's like a switch goes off in my brain and it's telling me to doze off no matter how much coffee I drink.

8:45 am in Niagara. It is sunny with a bit of wind, a nice fall crisp day.
Getting things ready as we are having thanksgiving tomorrow. Going to Fonthill to get apples, then to a couple of wineries for wine.
Everyone have a great day.

darkangel090260 How good to get that fabric! Sounds as though you are going to be busy making things!! Good Morning all, it's 9.55am here, sun is shining and I've stopped for coffee after a busy start to the day. Have to go out later but need to wait in for a delivery first.

I'm heading to work soon the 2nd of 4 weddings this weekend. 120 people. There are not to many elements to this one so it should be an easy day. It's amazing what they expect me to do for free. I'll do it because that's how I am. At least I have a heads up. Sometimes they just show up with stuff. Tons of stuff. A few weeks ago a bride showed up with a bunch of candy and some satin bags and said can you put the favors together? Each bag gets a few of each candy and a tag. Um that would take me 3 hours to do. No I can't do that. I told her I'll put all the candy in jars on a table and they can make their own...like candy station. Guess this turned into more of a vent than a what am I doing lol
