#14 July is the 7th month and has 31 days, so I'm thinking odd numbers! Use an odd number of patterned papers, earn a point for how many you use! That means 1 patterned paper = 1 point, 3 patterned papers = 3 points, and so on.
#15 Use an odd number of solid color cardstock, same idea as above only for solid colors !
#16 Use those punches, die cuts, or digital die cuts! One point for each different use on your page. So if you use a punch = 1 point, add a die cut = another point, add several die cuts = the same number of points, same for digital die cuts.
#17 Stamp it up! Use a background stamp or a font, what ever tickles your fancy. Just get inky!
#18 Add a bit of texture. Use your embossing folders or what ever your heart desires to add so texture to your page.

#25 BACK IT UP! Back up your photos somewhere. Copy them to an external drive, get them off your phone onto your computer, back them up to a cloud service, whatever you need to do to protect them. This one is REALLY important so I'm giving you 10 points for doing it plus a BONUS 10 points if you have a system in place already to do it automatically. If you don't have a system already in place but you commit to something this month and going forward you can also take the bonus.

#58 everyday life and the end of history fallacy: I want to write a proper post about this logical fallacy I just learned about but, in short, we tend to believe that things won't change much in the future, even though looking back we see that things have changed a lot!
So my challenge is to scrap/document something that is so much part of your everyday life you've never thought to scrapbook it because you assume you'll always do it this way. -Bonus point if you can find something from the past that relates to what you've just documented that shows how wrong this thought is. For example, scrapbook about listening to music or using a laptop now, and then a flashback that shows you using an iPod or a CDROM drive. -Another bonus point if it's a scrap/craft related story.

#59-Celebrate Stepparents-My first husband passed away 21 years ago. When I remarried 8 years later I asked my boys (16 and 20 at the time) how they felt about celebrating David on father's day. They both said no, nope, no way. So I came up with David Day. It is the 3rd Sunday of July. My boys get to celebrate him AND celebrate their dad. 1 point 5 extra points if you include journaling explaining why this stepparent is awesome.
#60- tell your story using only paper and/or embellishments-I am in the process of creating a little book about me. It has no pictures of me-just random stories inspired by scrapbooking paper. Example: I had paper with cute little frogs. It reminded me of the time I went with my boyfriend and his parents to their summer location. I saw the cutest, tiniest frog and NONE of them cared. That story went straight into my story book. 1 point per story 5 extra points if you use paper AND embellishments pertaining to your story.
