#67 Single photo - take a point for a page with a single photo. Add a bonus point if it was taken within the last 3 months.
#68 In Stitches - Use stitching. This can be any kind of stitching: stitched dies, hand stitching, machine stitching, rub ons or pen stitching.
#69 Go To Pieces- Add a paper piecing to your layout or card. It can be cut by hand, dies, or cutting machine, but needs to be a complete image made by piecing.

(Make sure you sniff it, and rub it first, though. ) Scrapbookers Anonymous taking a weird turn... #9 It’s JULY! Use the letters J U L and Y in your title. Take 1 point for using all of the letters, as long as they are used in any words of your title. Take an additional 5 points if you actually use the word JULY in your title. Does this count for "July" spelled in different languages as well or only English? Is a scrappy gift from a fellow scrapper considered a hand-me-down? A fellow Pea sent me some lovely summer scrap goodies. This month my nephew's first baby will be born! Congratulations in advance! Enjoy all the baby snuggles. create a layout using baby photos! Do fur babies count for this as well or only human babies? everyday life and the end of history fallacy Thank you. I love this type of documenting!

#70 Cool, cool, cool | Summer up north and winter down south: either you're trying to keep cool or trying to find ways to avoid it. Document the summer heat or winter cold specifically for this challenge. Claim 1 extra point if you're adding temperatures (of the day, heat records being broken, etc.) in either Celsius, Fahrenheit or Kelvin (for you hipsters). Claim 1 extra point if you're including a screenshot (or scanned article) about the weather you're documenting. Claim 1 extra point if it's about the current season (summer or winter 2019 depending on your hemisphere). Claim 1 extra point if you manage to work in the word "cool" (journaling or title). Total points available: 5 #71 Full Package | Shadowing joblackford's Everyday Life and the End of History Fallacy challenge (#58), scrap something that includes packaging. Either document something showing its packaging (cereal boxes in the cupboard, a photo from the grocery store aisles or your grocery purchases, something you ordered with the delivery box still in the photo, etc.) or include packaging as part of your scrappy project (must be on the page, not used to do a technique like plastic packaging from scrappy supplies to do some inking/ink-blotting technique and discarded)! #72 This month I... | Scrap something about what you've done specifically this month. Movie outings, date nights, crafts with the (grand)kids, taking care of someone or something, etc. Anything goes! #73 And I quote | Use a quote. Any quote. Song lyrics, something someone said, book excerpt, etc. Familiar sayings and proverbs ("Beach hair, don't care", "this is happiness", "live, laugh, love", etc.) don't count except if you're quoting them as something someone you're scrapping told you/often says. #74 Julius Caesar | July is the month of Caesar. He was a Roman politician, military general, historian and writer. Scrap anything related to either Italy, politics, the military/war, history or literature (including books read) to claim a point. For each theme touched upon in your LO/project, claim another point. You can stack a total of 5 points for this one! #75 Digital Love | Making a digi or hybrid project? Take a point.

#79 Christmas 2019 in July | Prep your December 2019 album/LOs by using your current stash (or Christmas lines being released this July) already. For every half an hour of prepping you do, claim a point. If you post a photo of the prep work you've done during that half an hour, give yourself an extra point. Prepping includes: putting together page/album kits, cutting paper for and slipping cards into your album, making a list of things to document this upcoming December, sorting through your Christmas stash, making a list of things you still need to buy for your album/LOs, prepping pages and/or page protectors, making the structure for your (mini) album, etc. Prepping excludes browsing stores to find new stuff for your stash. All types of December documenting qualify (seasonal, Christmas, Chanukah, Festivus, Kwanzaa, Saint Nicholas, NYE and more).

I know we certainly do not "need" more challenges, but in creating my monthly challenge list I am seeing a LOT of "theme" challenges and not many product or technique challenges! So #80 Getting thicker - use MORE THAN ONE type of thicker on a page: different alpha fonts, those pre-fab titles/words, any of the icon/image thickers - they all count, but you have to have more than 1 package on your desk #81 Rub it on! - this is tough because a) rub ons are less popular and less present these days b) I just have a hard time using them. So ONE POINT PER RUB ON! #82 - Oldies are goodies - I see lots of challenges this month for new supplies and new photos. But it's the older stash and photos I really need to work on. So use supplies or photos that are MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD for a point (can get 2 points, 1 for photos, 1 for supplies). Tools and inks/paints/mists etc. don't count. Just paper, stickers, etc. Approximate is fine, no need to justify. If you think it's old, it's old!

#83 RAK or make-it-to-give-it.
RAK: If you are giving away scrappy supplies to other crafters, value your supplies at yard sale prices (say 1/3 their original value) and then claim ONE point for every assessed $1 value.
Make-it-to-give-it: Give yourself one point for every card or tag or ATC you create for someone else to use. This could be for an exchange, or perhaps a gift of cards to a shut-in or family member or maybe a charity.

#84: Single Use Ketchup: Here is your chance to earn points for ONE challenge from any previous month. One time only in July, you can claim 10 points for completing one of these challenges.
This MUST be a challenge that does NOT appear as part of the July challenges.
You may use this challenge ONLY ONCE this month.

#77 - it’s time to celebrate the other side of scrapbooking, shopping! One point for each dollar spent this month! Is one euro equivalent to one US dollar for this challenge? I always claim one point per $AUD in these challenges (funny that we call it a "challenge", because it's not really much of a challenge to spend money is it?!?! ) . This works in my favour because the $AUD to $USD exchange rate is so crap at the moment. A $73.15 USD purchase I made last month on a US site was actually $106.65 Aussie dollars.
