Try Priceline and Kayak for good deals. If you tell me what town you are leaving from I will do some searching for you.

What brand/ rental company?
If you have AAA, you can get a rental discount through them for Hertz.

I didn’t know about your daughter, and I’m so sorry to hear.
Will you be staying at her house? Is it possible you could just use Uber or Lyft to and from the airport, and drive her car while you’re there?

I’m sorry that you are making this trip. I’ll pray for your family.
My DS is in college there and uses Uber to and from the airport. It’s easy to get a car and there’s a designated area for them. I hope that helps.
