For those wanting to do something about refugee resettlement

PLEASE do NOT use this thread as a place to share your dislike for Trump, illegals, refugees, racists etc. If you want to do that please start your own thread. While I am asking you to consider contacting your representatives this is not meant to be a political thread, but a humanitarian one.  I realize that might not make sense.

The last few days there have been questions about what can be done in an a way that is effective.  Whether this is effective or not could be debated, but I am putting the info out there as something you can do.

I just received this announcement text from IRC (International Rescue Committee):



So please consider contacting your elected representatives in support of the Grace Act.  If you don't support the grace act, but do support refugees coming in to the US then please, at least, let your reps know about that support.

Arizona Immigrant and Refugees Services
