I have a bunch of them (well, several bunches of them) from my CSA and don't really like them raw (like in salads). Any recipes or suggestions?

I like them by themselves, dipped in salt. But if you just don't like radishes (or salt) that won't help. Maybe give them to someone?

I turn up my nose at them.

I cook them in the crockpot with roast + carrots and they come out soft and potato-like.

They're good if you add them to coleslaw. I usually shred some radishes and carrots with the cabbage.
I've seen recipes for cooking them -- I haven't tried it, but I imagine they cook up like any other root vegetable.

If I couldn't give them to someone who could use them, I would throw them away. Despise the little things!

I'm not a big fan so when I get them I roast them with other veggies... they loose the bitterness and are really watery tasting.

I like them roasted with other veggies and a little lemon pepper/kosher salt.

I've sauteed them with other light, springy vegetables.
But my favourite way to eat them is on a sandwich of sourdough bread, slices of cold butter, and lots of salt!!

I love radishes and will eat them raw. I also like to cut them up into salad.

I roast them with EVOO, salt & pepper at 425 for about 20-25 minutes.
Or I slice them, slices brussels sprouts and onions thinly and pan fry in a little EVOO for a side dish.
Or I quick pickle them: slice 1 bunch radishes and put them in a glass jar. In small saucepan, add 3/4 cup water, 3 tblsp honey or sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1 halfed garlic clove, and 4 whole peppercorns. Heat until it just comes to a boil and pour over the radishes, cover tightly. Let sit at room temp until cool. Then keep in fridge for eating.

we made these the other day, but with a little cheese instead of nutritional yeast. i'm not a big fan of radishes, but they were actually quite good! www.hayliepomroy.com/ridiculously-easy-radish-hash-browns/ and they get rid of a ton of radishes. oh, you could probably use regular flour instead of the diet-friendly arrowroot powder she recommends. i didn't have that and used brown rice flour and it was fine.

They are good in mexican soups like Pozole. You can also saute the greens like you would spinach. I love radishes. I eat them raw with salt. I developed a love for them when I lived in Germany and they were served with beer at Octoberfest.

I love radishes and will eat them raw. I also like to cut them up into salad. That and I dip them into guacamole and eat as a snack instead of using chips in guacamole. YUM!

We always sliced them and ate with peanutbutter which cuts the bite. DD takes them in her lunch and got her coworkers hooked on them. Its like eating PB on celery.

Recently made Roasted Carrots and Radishes from a cooking blog and it was delicious. I liked the roasted radishes even better than the roasted carrots. I also like to thinly slice radishes and make them into a sandwich with a little cream cheese, sprouts and/or dill.

I love them sliced paper thin and put on sandwiches.
I'm going to have to try dipping them into guacamole. I may have to go buy some later today--I haven't had radishes in awhile.

When I got them from my CSA, along with Daikon which are like radishes I think, I pickled them and they were actually pretty good. I did something similar to what the person a few posts up posted. I didn't can them, so we just kept them for a week or so.
