Do you have an instapot? I highly recommend. You can make just about anything in it and it's very easy.

Cut up some potatoes and boil them in vegetable oil. Add any kind of meat you like and you've got a basic, fairly affordable meat and potatoes meal.

Very simple but nice recipe. Thanks a lot! I also like recipes with potato. But I mostly cook it in an oven because I try to follow a healthy diet. I try to lose weight. My doc's recently recommended me to take ozempic to help me in this journey. I already found ozempic cupon. But I'd rather want to cope with extra weigh with diet and exercising. One of the recipe is to cut a couple of potatoes into small pieces, cut some onion, carrot, and any meet (for example, chicken breast), add spices, oil a little or a spoon of creams. My friend recently made a present for me - a pressure cookers . Never used this before. Maybe someone can share a pressure cooker recipe?

a few easy ideas. hope these help
breakfast - greek yogurt and fruit.
lunch - soup. take veggies - green beans, corn, carrots (fresh is best but frozen is ok) and add to a can of 28 oz crushed tomatoes and 5 cups water with 5 chicken bouillon cubes (preferably low sodium). before you eat it, add some orzo or other small pasta and cook until done.
Dinner - baked potatoes or baked sweet potatoes. add shredded cheese and cooked brocolli. low fat sour cream.
chicken breasts in crock pot with a jar of salsa. cook on low about 4-6 hours. shred and add to tacos with lettuce and tomato chopped/onion if you like.
meat loaf - follow the recipe from the Lipton Onion Soup mix.
chicken salad - cook chicken in crock pot. shred. add chopped celery apple, and onion, raisins, greek yogurt and low fat sour cream and curry powder if you like curry.
