...the wealthiest, corporate shareholders in the form of larger dividends from smaller taxes (many of whom are not even American), etc.
When will America wake up to the fact that the problem is not the immigrants and the poor. They are the symptoms of the larger problem of wealth engorgement by the top 10%. Sucking up all the money that could be going to social workers, health care professionals, law enforcement, health & safety workers, etc.

Fortunately, it passed the Senate today despite his hypocritical, cruel idiocy.

All those who signed that tax bill should banish the word deficit from their vocabulary because it just makes it too easy to smack them upside the head.

ETA I think I misunderstood your post. (Dunno how that could happen.) I was reading on my phone and got confused. You weren’t saying all cops are Republicans and therefore we hate them. You were saying cops are being attacked in NYC but we are only interested in attacking Rand Paul, that loyal Republican. Right? okay, NOW it all makes sense. NOT. I went went ahead and deleted the duplicated tweets. Not needed.

You don’t give a shit about the police you just want to say looookkyy another republican is bad What does any of what you posted have ANYTHING to do with 9/11 and the dire physical consequences that the first responders are facing? What does that have to do with the very real HUGE medical costs many of them are struggling with? You wouldn’t post a red herring distraction from the real issue would you? For someone as stupid as me, please clarify what the connections are between the two, which seem to me to be very different, situations. Treat me like the idiot I am and spell out all the reasons why your clips demonstrate why we shouldn’t set up a permanent fund to cover the medical costs of 9/11 first responders. Please number them and use your own thoughts.

People throwing things at cops should be arrested. See. Wasn't that easy? Now, back to the subject at hand. Can you call Rand Paul a flaming ass for worrying about the deficit when it comes to helping Joe and Jane worker, but not when it comes to helping M/BILLIONAIRE SHAREHOLDERS?!?!?!? ps - here's a response to the Chief's tweet (and not the only one like it). Charming.

Maybe if Sen Paul kept his hands out of our pockets he wouldn't have to hear how he forgot about the 9/11 responders and their diseases from the fumes debris etc.

The light bulb finally, finally went off in my head. The point of Carly’s post.
Liberals approve of people on subways throwing things at police officers. (Not. But that’s what she’s saying.) Therefore, why would we give a rat’s ass about benefits for first responders, anyway?
Damn, I’m slow. Or Carly’s mind works in strange ways. One or the other.
