Is anyone having trouble with the silhouette store from the software. Mine is extremely slow.

Yep! Yesterday it was driving me nuts! Reloading, stalling, changing the page format, searches taking forever and then being incomplete,etc. I'm hoping it get better and was just maintenance.

I just bought a few things, but I don't shop inside the software. It's easier to just go to the store website, IMO or I like to shop from my ipad in bed.

I was having issues last night. I haven't tried this morning.
FWIW, I was having trouble accessing the site whether trying to go to it online independent of the software, or trying to access it going through the software. Obviously their site was (and perhaps still is) having issues.
This is one reason why I refuse to buy any cutter that requires you to be online to use it. At least with my Cameo, if the Internet site is being obnoxious and slow, I can happily use my machine without being require to be online.

Thanks for the replys. I guess I am glad it's not just me. Then at least I know theres nothing wrong with my internet.
I am also going to try to shop through the browers. I guess I just never thought to do that.

The Studio program uses Internet Explorer (or if you are on a Mac, Safari)
So even if you never use IE - Studio does. So, clear the browser cache for IE once in a while, just as you do regularly for your default browser. I use Chrome, and find IE painfully slow. I think this is most of my issue with accessing the store from the software. IE = Yucky LOL
I use some software that automatically clears all my browsers at once - so that is simple. It's easy to forget old IE.
Silhouette has done some major changes on their website and store - so you if you don't clear that cache, you may be having some issues.
