I was just reading the other posts about how we all miss Two Peas and where are all the scrappers, yadda, yadda, yadda and then I thought, "Hey - is there anybody here that wasn't at Two Peas?" or all we ALL Peas? Seems like there would be someone by now! We will love you just the same if you admit to it. ha-ha!!  |

I think I had a couple of posts. It was too much drama for me. I went into the scrap section once and there was drama there too. I used to frequent sb.com and ended up branching off with other friends.

I was there but didn't comment much. My introduction to it was at a time when there was a lot of drama going on that seemed very mean spirited. Even now, I check in once in a while...but I tend to read blogs more.

Well, I guess I am the first to admit that I was not a member of Two Peas.
I ran across a post on Split Coast Stampers about this board and joined within a couple of days of it's creation.
And I am still here.

This scrap board goes much faster than sb.com. I think sb.com was hoping to gain a bunch of new posters over there and even made it easy to transfer all of your pictures, but i don't think it worked. I have spoken to real people from that board and they have all gone to other sites (including other Probaords) and have found new homes. Perhaps that is why this board doesn't go as quickly as it used to.

I am so glad because for four days I have been watching this thread hoping I was not the only non-2 Peas. It was okay with me to be the first to admit it but it made me feel strange to be the only one. |

Because I was thinking of the group here as just gathering because we had no other place to go when 2Peas closed and I would love for this place to grow and thrive on its own merit and become an even larger gathering place for scrapbookers than it is now. Two Peas was always growing like crazy and new and fresh faces would pop up on the message boards and be excited about scrapbooking and I loved that but I didn't know if anyone knew how to find out about 2Peas Refugees. I've mentioned it lots of times on my podcast but I didn't know if people were talking about it elsewhere so it makes me happy to see that there are people here that weren't at Two Peas. I almost feel panicky if I don't have a group of people to talk to about scrapbooking. It's my comfort zone!!! Two Peas was my home away from home, I visited it multiple times a day for 12 years.
