There, I said it. And I mean it. And I'm not taking it back. For $3.99, I should be getting at least a hundred dots, right? Not 32. I'm looking at you Shimelle's Field Trip (oh, but it's so pretty!) I'm a generous dotter. Clusters of three to five, in three places on my layout. Sprinkled liberally. A hailstorm of enamel dots. What supply never has enough in the package for you? 😀

Glue sticks.
I mean I understand it's largely a limitation of how big you can make the tube before it's unwieldy to hold, but they never seem to last long enough. I've mostly stopped buying them because I was going through a ridiculous number of (large) tubes a month. I wish they'd sell refill packs that didn't generate as much plastic waste.

I'm with you about enamel dots. I love them but I think they are kind of expensive for that amount that comes in a package.

I completely agree! And too MANY big enamel dots, too FEW small/medium! Thickers: re-evaluate letter "E" distribution! "Pebbles" cute thickers...I'm looking at you! 4 Es, 4 Js, 4 Zs... I have a problem and I'm not buying! I insist on 6 Es to buy a package... (and there are often 4 E's and 5 A's... what is WRONG with E? )

Thickers: re-evaluate letter "E" distribution! I 100% agree! Or at least make "vowel packages" so I can get some extra. Both my kids have names that start with vowels, I never understood why they did not make these.

A Recently bought stack? In my defense they were all cheap $3 or less so 2 titles and I can throw them out. The big question is WILL I? Or will I hoard them even though I can’t really ever use them?

I have to laugh at the alphas comments. One of my daughter's names begins with Q, and I need Z's for my name... you're welcome to send your Q's and Z's to me if you like, lol!
Totally agree with the enamel dots; come on, they CAN'T be that expensive to make!

I should pay closer attention to vowels when I buy them...great tip! I do check for numbers though. I don't need 40-50 number thickers (except to MacGuyver them into a letter I need).

KELLEE pretty much elimates any other words with an E from a Thicker package. Seriously more damn Es!!

But I am also messy with mixed media, so hesitant to try Nuvo or Ranger Enamel accents for fear of smearing it across my layouts.

Haha, I was just going to comment that I'd love to pay 3.99 for a pack! The Nuvos are pretty good but I just want packets of sticky dots.

But I am also messy with mixed media, so hesitant to try Nuvo or Ranger Enamel accents for fear of smearing it across my layouts. I was worried about this too so I make my Nuvo drops in bulk on waxed paper and then I glue them down onto cards later. I never EVER know where to put them so I move them around a zillion times before I commit. Doing the dots straight onto my project would be a disaster. But seriously, try it on waxed paper. You can make dozens (as many as your hand strength can take) and then leave them somewhere safe to dry for several hours or a few days. I agree with everyone on enamel dots, especially the tiny ones. The huge ones are useless to me, and I need 5 times more tiny ones. Nuvo drops have solved that to some extent but I don't have enough colors and I'm not keen to buy them since I don't use them very often any more. I'd rather just buy a sheet of shades of a color with tons of little dots. Freckled Fawn used to have some good ones but I didn't buy enough. And vowels. I don't use letter stickers much now but when I did I needed vowels, days of the week first initials (M T W F S), and a LOT more 1s and 2s to make week numbers and dates. Also, if you ever want to spell Japanese words/place names you'll very quickly run out of vowels, especially As and Os.

I don’t know why, but the big enamel dots seem too big to me - not enough of the small/med dots which are the ones I love to use.

I completely agree about the shrinking packages of enamel dots. I’m trying to figure out how 60 enamel dots were $2.99 in Shimelle’s Head in the Clouds collection, yet 36 enamel dots are $3.99 in Field Trip.

If I find some I'll message you, if you don't mind random hodge podge letters

but the big enamel dots seem too big to me Honestly the only way I can use the bigger ones is to mostly hide them under layers so you only see a little bit of it. I would love packs of only the smaller sizes.

Every time I look for all the same size enamel dots my search ends up with UK sites. I think little fawn & friends have pages of same size enamel dots in a range of colors but I haven’t found them here

When I get sheets down to only the less common letters I usually keep them anyway for exactly this reason.

These guys are usually at my Scrap/Stamp Expo. (I think it is this label.) They sell their packs for $1.99 and I usually stock up.

Completely agree with the enamel dots and Thickers vowels! I think Thickers should have three sheets to a pack instead of two and the final sheet should just be filled with vowels. I need lots of Es and Is!! I am quite excited though that my new horse is named Chex. Finally I have a use for Xs!
I would like to see emphemera packs sold with more shapes in them that don't contain phrases. I only like so many phrases on each page and it seems like the last couple of years every embellishment has a phrase!

Yes on the enamel dots. I buy different colors from This siteOh dear. I never went to that site because eyelets are so dated but oh my gosh, so many cute brads and so much washi tape. I filled my cart. Now I need to start deleting things to get my total down to a reasonable price....
