That house is completely overgrown. Did you notice, in one of the pictures of the basement dungeon, there are even roots/branches growing from one of the windows?

Why are there clowns, why is Satan in the cellar, who thought that red wallpaper was a good idea...so many questions.

Omg lollololol I was flipping through thinking “not my style but not too bad.” And then. 😳 Right?!?!? I mean, holy crap! I was thinking it didn't look too bad considering it's age and that it'd never been updated. This did crack me up though:

So funny. Complete with your own portrait of Alice Cooper That house has great bones IMHO. It could be stunning if the right design/build team got a hold of it. Could see it lovingly restored with modern art and furnishings...swoon.

I could not find the description.
Where is it located on the site? Scroll down on the page. It's pretty funny
ETA - It's under the map and you'll have to click "Read More" to get the full description

It had a very "Grey Gardens" vibe. Very creepy and in disrepair but looked like people were still living there. Terrible.

The description feels like "stream of consciousness" thing written at 11:30 pm....not a regular RE listing's description The best part IMHO? "Watch the cob webs, and don’t wear a suit."

That house could look really good, but why oh why wouldn’t the seller pay someone to clear everything out before selling! Why didn’t the estate agent suggest it!

Whoever buys that house should sage it first, just in case.

I would move to Australia for that. Bad haunted house decorations aside, it looks great other than needing some plaster work and paint. That tub!

My most pressing question is what is up with the pillow tower in slide 22? What kind of monster piles their pillows that way?
Other than that, I agree with everyone that is most certainly haunted, but it has great bones.
The interior decorator seems very confused though. Why is the creepy stuff so randomly integrated. Either go big or go home, if you are going to have some creepy ass life sized stuffed clown sitting in a chair it needs to either be the only creepy thing in your house or every room needs to have some sort of WTF piece. There were several rooms that seemed very normal old lady decorated, then some rooms had full on creep to them. Make up your mind!

So I'm clicking through the photos thinking not my style, yuck ugly red wall paper, pool needs cleaning and everything is overgrown, then I get to page 11-Hey! It's already decorated for Halloween! This would be the perfect house for someone who loves Halloween.

I always think of our realtor advising us to depersonalize the house when I see listings like this. My favorites from the description:

With a few bucks and some elbow grease it will be as good as new.
I laughed at the decorating, but the kitchen? Please, how do you have a house of that "grandeur" and have that kitchen? Maybe ghouls just eat the bodies right were they find them. Who knows.

Anyone else look at the layout slide and notice that the only downstairs bathroom has to be accessed from outside of the house? You need to go out onto the veranda and then into the bathroom. And the ceiling in that first bedroom with the twin beds is falling down. This was interesting.
