I feel sorry for that house. Even an inanimate object shouldn’t be abused.

I like the house, it's got good bones. I would have to completely gut the inside though. What is with the creepy dead looking manikins?

In my head I’m hearing, “And here is where we found the bodies of....”

Will you all stop it with your good bones...please Are they thinking of leaving the " bodies" that you can view in photos 11 & 12?

Anyone else look at the layout slide and notice that the only downstairs bathroom has to be accessed from outside of the house? You need to go out onto the veranda and then into the bathroom. And the ceiling in that first bedroom with the twin beds is falling down. This was interesting. That house has great bones IMHO. It could be stunning if the right design/build team got a hold of it. Could see it lovingly restored with modern art and furnishings...swoon. Just what I was getting ready to say!!

No I don't think they were, I know what they meant really but it was so funny reading it after looking at the photos, in particular 11 and 12

The first floor bathroom is what used to be the chapel, and it’s across the house from the bedroom. I can’t imagine having to go out on the veranda every time I needed to use the bathroom.

So funny. Complete with your own portrait of Alice Cooper That house has great bones IMHO. It could be stunning if the right design/build team got a hold of it. Could see it lovingly restored with modern art and furnishings...swoon. It does have good bones, but there is not enough sage on the planet to smudge out the weirdness that currently resides there. But also, why do so many of the bedrooms have twin beds in them?

I loved it -- but all the dead plants inside and out were making this gardener itchy. The lot is so beautiful. The house needs to be gutted and exorcised.
