the outlaws fly in tonight...I can't be stuck in my house with them all day on the 4th. They were going to go to the beach but now it looks like we will be experiencing the remnants of that tropical storm. They need constant....entertaining...unless I can slip enough xanax in their breakfast to get them all to nap. Is that FSOT board up yet...anyone peddling xanax over there? (I'm kidding....sort of....)

Drop them off at the movies or mall. If they need to be entertained then they need to entertain themselves.

I was thinking movies...but then I was thinking, I can't sit through a movie with them, they don't sit, they bounce like Tiggers. Dropping them off sounds promising.....

I would think that an adult could find ways to fill a moment or two of down time while you regroup or wash a dish or two. |

to be fair...some of them are children...the bouncy ones. They terrorize my dog so I feel like I need to give him a break and get them out of there for a while. We all leave for the 7th circle of hell, I mean, vacation together, on Saturday, so I have plenty to do. But I can't listen to or tolerate the bouncing and the "what are we doing, where are we going, what can we do, when are we going out", so I'd like to have a plan/idea so I can send them on their way....

Is there any indoor play place nearby? An arcade, bounce place, etc? Maybe if you have a list of fun indoor activities available they will take you up on your offer to drop them off at one of them.  Good luck! |
