Next month I'll be flying through CDG/Paris returning from a trip to Morocco. I'm booking an overnight hotel near or inside the terminal but am not finding the info I need. Google is helping some, but I'm not 100% sure I'm getting this right. I arrive at 9pm and depart at noon the following day so I'm just looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to sleep.
I'm looking at the CitizenM Hotel. On their site it says: "it’s only a 7-minute walk from Terminal 3." According to my documents I'll be arriving and then departing the following day from T2. How difficult is it to get from T2 to T3 and/or from T2 to a hotel that is a 7 minute walk from T3?
* OR is there a better (at airport) hotel option located closer to T2?
It's been 35 years since I've been in CDG, so I'm very thankful for any first hand info you can share. Thanks!

The problem would be solved by taking the free shuttle train. There's one every few minutes all day long (from very early morning until past midnight, normally).
Here's the complete route it travels:

There is a Sheraton in terminal 2 at CDG. I'm not sure there are any others there, the bulk are in terminal 3.

There's a hotel inside Terminal 2, Yotel. Last November I went there during my trip from Canada to Egypt, but just for a shower because I was only there for 7 hours. You can pay to use it for an hour. After that they let me in a room to use the hair dryer because there isn't one in the shower bathroom. I was very basic but clean and looked comfortable. I would have stayed there if I had been in the airport longer. Hope that helps.

Awesome, thanks ladies. I'll check out the Sheraton and the Yotel. Still trying to figure out how much time/how much effort it would take to get from T2 to the CitizenM. sleepingbooty thank for embedding a video, however I wonder if that's actually the one you meant to embed? I watched the few minutes and for someone unfamilar with the airport, it doesn't seem to help. I appreciate the effort though! Off to google some more

We stayed at the Novotel Roissy CDG Convention & Spa Hotel. It was perfect for our needs. They had a shuttle that went to all terminals on a regular basis.

About 4/5 minutes according to this which is the shuttle train. link Most hotels on the airport also offer a shuttle bus which go round in a circle to all the terminals. I would choose a hotel that is nearer terminal 2 as the time involved getting from terminal 3 to your hotel when you arrive isn't as crucial as it will be to get to terminal 2 from your hotel on the last leg of your journey.
