Or do you look them up to make sure you enter the correct one the first time?
Mine is usually the same words and numbers in various combos, so I like to check my memory for kicks.

I try to remember first. I do pretty good, but do have to log into Last Pass to look one up now and then.

I use a password manager with a password generator, so my passwords aren't guessable. So, I just hit a keyboard shortcut to bring up the app, type my master password and it fills in the correct password for the site.
