linkThe report from the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence is out on the 2016 election. And guess what? The Russians meddled in our elections to get dimwit donnie elected. Findings: ”The Committee found the IRA sought to influence the 2016 US Presidential election by harming Hillary Clinton’s chances of success and supporting donald trump at the direction of the Kremlin.” So now we have the intelligence community and the Republican majority Senate saying Russia meddled in our election. Yet we have a president who is pushing a conspiracy theory involving Crowdstrike/DNC/Ukraine to try and prove otherwise. So we have a president who either can’t stand the thought he won the election because of Russia or he’s doing Putin’s bidding to prove someone else is responsible so sanctions can be removed. And by doing so trump, along with Moscow Mitch’s help, is leaving our elections vulnerable to meddling in 2020. And if a country ( or entity ) who prefers his opponent meddles in 2020?

If I knew how to do it, I would put a picture of Uncle Sam hanging his head in shame... Lucas Tomlinson... ”Syrian Kurds under bombardment from Turkish jets urgently request air support from U.S. and “No fly zone” to protect civilians: SDF statement” Jennifer Griffin ” The US military has been ordered by President Trump not to help.”It's painful to even read this. And I am sitting in my safe house on my cushy sofa. I agree. It makes me sick to think of what those people are going through, all because of our President and those who support him. I was recently listening to the podcast 1619 and they talked of a situation during the Civil War in which a Union army commander led soldiers and recently freed (or escaped) black people across in an area where they ran across a waterway that was too deep to cross without building a bridge. They all built the bridge, but the soldiers went across first and then destroyed the bridge before the black people could get across, saying that it was because the Confederate soldiers were too close behind them. Many of the black people died or were taken as slaves again. That made me so upset thinking about that happening, yet here we are doing the same thing again in 2019.

ABC News..
”NEW: Pres. Trump calls Turkey's operation in northeast Syria a "bad idea."
Turkey's operation comes just days after Trump's announcement that U.S. troops would withdraw from the region.”
”MORE: "The United States does not endorse this attack and has made it clear to Turkey that this operation is a bad idea," Pres. Trump said.”
So what did the asshole that claims he is stable genius think was going to happen?

This whole thing makes me absolutely sick.

I have no words for what is happening to the Kurds. And to ignore their calls for help is horrible.

"Now, with Trump’s retreat from Northern Syria, he is choosing to have the back of Turkish President Recep Erdoğan, a known Putin protege, rather than the Kurdish fighters who have fought alongside American troops against ISIS and other terrorists for decades. And make no mistake: ISIS will be celebrating. The only thing stopping ISIS right now is the Kurds in Northern Syria, supported by the American troops Trump just told to retreat. dt is protecting his Towers, that's 2, in Turkey!

Another GOP official bites to dust, well his has been indicted for........ ** On Wednesday, NBC News reported that Maricopa County assessor Paul Petersen has been indicted on 11 counts, including human smuggling and sale of a child, as part of a far-reaching international adoption fraud scheme.Petersen, according to prosecutors, transported some 40 pregnant women from the Marshall Islands to Utah to give birth, and proceeded to sell the babies to U.S. families for $40,000. He also is accused of fraudulently billing Medicaid for the prenatal costs, by claiming the Marshallese women were residents of Arizona. A Republican, Peterson was first appointed to the position of Maricopa County assessor in 2013 after serving as the office’s liaison to the legislature, and won a regularly scheduled election unopposed in 2016. His adoption law practice first came under scrutiny by the Honolulu Civil Beat in 2018. He was taken into custody by the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Homeland Security Investigations, and officials from the Utah Attorney General’s Office. “While Mr. Petersen is entitled to a presumption of innocence, our investigation uncovered evidence that he has committed horrible crimes,” said Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes. “Petersen’s illegal adoption scheme exploited highly vulnerable groups in two countries — the birth mothers and families in the Marshall Islands and the adoptive parents here in Utah.” ** www.rawstory.com/2019/10/gop-official-indicted-for-human-smuggling-and-sale-of-children-in-bizarre-international-fraud-scheme/?utm_source=&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=1684

Giuliani is getting scarier and scarier. With the theories people have thrown out lately about DT throwing Pence under the bus to protect himself from impeachement, do you think it is possible Giuliani is pretending to go so far off the rails so DT then has a "But my attorney went insane" defense?

Yamiche Alcindor...
”Quite a quote.
President Trump says he wants President Erdoğan to carry out fight in Syria and possible attacks on Kurds in "the most humane way as possible."
Trump declined to explain what the "most humane way" would look like.
Unbelievable.

Haha haha! Trump just mentioned how other countries don’t pay their bill and owe money to the US! Hello, Trump also owes money to the US! Irony at its finest.

He will stop at nothing to distract from the impeachment inquiry. It makes me sick, I cannot imagine how the Republicans can continue to support him, how do they sleep at night?

This from Jennifer Griffin...
”I just spoke to a distraught US Special Forces soldier who is among the 1000 or so US troops in Syria tonight who is serving alongside the SDF Kurdish forces. It was one of the hardest phone calls I have ever taken.
"I am ashamed for the first time in my career."
Prompted this from...
Brit Hume...
”One can hardly blame this soldier. A slaughter of Kurds will leave a stain on Trump that will not go away. As will the escape of thousands of ISIS prisoners.

”In case the Kurds or Turkey lose control, the United States has already taken the 2 ISIS militants tied to beheadings in Syria, known as the Beetles, out of that country and into a secure location controlled by the U.S. They are the worst of the worst!”
So other words trump is ok if those ISIS prisoners escape because the US has control of these two.
