we are looking for someone to step in at least over the winter months as Team Leader.
If you have played in any of the team challenges, you know what the leaders have done. They have welcomed the team, set up a way for their team to chat during the month, answered questions, and encouraged participation.
Behind the scenes the team team leaders help with planning special events and they collect and report team total scores at the end of the month.
LisaDV and @cristalb have done awesome jobs of this, but their family commitments this fall and winter are taking up all their time and energy.
Who hop would like to join kitbop as team leader going forward? If more than one pea throws their hat into the ring, we can set up a leader pool so there is always someone with the free time to do this in any given month.
