I read an article yesterday that the sale to the conservation group did buy the property. Something over $13million.
I'm excited to go see those big old trees.

I would love to see the giant sequoias. I've been to a several giant redwood forests, but I've never seen a sequoia forest.

This is a friend's husband's family. They fully intend to sell it to conservation...the group just needs to finish raising the funds. They are a family that believes strongly in being stewards of the land.

The sequoias are amazing. My favorites are coastal redwoods but these are a close second and should be preserved without question.
