I use a mini bread baking tin - like a muffin tin. My son likes to eat zucchini bread as a snack so a mini loaf is the perfect size. I also have some small loaf tins if I’m making bread for gifts. I haven’t had much luck with silicon.

I haven’t had much luck with silicon. I use the mini loaf pans too. One loaf is just enough for one serving for two or three of us. I like that better than cutting into a large loaf and only eating part of it as if I don't wrap the leftovers well it gets stale.

I like non-stick. I have gotten so bad at baking bread the last few years, though. It’s always raw in the middle no matter what I do. I love Joanna Gaines’ banana bread recipe that’s made in an 8x8 pan instead of a loaf pan. That was a revelation for me. I know that makes it harder to gift, though.

90% of my bread gets cooked in the bread maker. Otherwise I use a tin loaf pan that I got with my Thermomix. Prior to that I used a non stick pan. I haven’t had much luck with silicon. Me neither. I had a silicon bundt pan for cakes, and I just threw it out last weekend after yet another cake broke when I turned it out. I won't buy silicon again.

Love stone and heavy Nordicware type.
I gave away all my glass and aluminum pans. Hated them!

The peas talked me into keeping the mini loaf pans I bought last year and I love them.

I have a metal one and a Fiestaware one. The fiesta one I feel cooks at amore consistent temperature. So my bread isn't too done on the edges. But I like my bread all soft.

I hate silicone and just gave mine to Goodwill. They never got clean in the dishwasher, and it just wasn't rigid enough. I threw away my rusty metal pans years ago. The next time I feel like making banana bread, I am going to get a glass/stoneware loaf pan.

Stoneware or pyrex for quick breads. I love love LOVE my USA Pans muffin tin, so I would imagine their loaf pans are good too. (they are a silicone coated metal)

All the eco friendly Peas are going to hate me on this, but I only make that kind of bread in disposable corrugated paper pans from Michael’s or JoAnn’s. Most of the time if I’m making that it’s to give it away anyway and that makes it easier. I stock up when they go on clearance after holidays so I always have a bunch of them on hand.
For regular bread I use both metal and silicone standard sized loaf pans, and I too have a heck of a time getting the baked on oil residue off of the silicone ones. There has to be an easier way.

I use pampered chef stoneware, both the regular size loaf pan and the mini loaf pan. Works great for me every time.

I mostly use my glass Pyrex loaf pans. I do also use my Tastefully Simple loaf pans made of ceramic.
