Just a quick question about image resolution... I am about to purchase a CD/DVD containing my wedding photos from 10 years ago. The reason is a bit of a long story, but basically I am purchasing the disc now because some of the 4x6 photos that I bought 10 years ago to use for my "wedding scrapbook" (which was my first attempt at scrapbooking and is so awful that I am redoing it) have been cut up and are beyond being able to use again. The photographer has offered to sell me the disc containing all the images at 4x5 inches processed at 300 dpi or to have all the images processed at a higher resolution so I could print as large as 11x14. I hardly think I would ever print them at 11x14, but I'm wondering if I could get away with printing them larger than 4x5, and if so, how much larger. The difference in price is about $100 - not huge but enough to make me question whether I really need to spend the extra money.
