I had the audacity to count how many basic grey paper lines I have and it's 23. Most are from the first few years. I think bought every line from 2002-2007. I bought some after that but their style changed into one that I wasn't crazy about. i decided to challenge myself and create layouts just with the basic grey. It's time to use them! Im thinking of video taping the process to share. I know some people are in a rut when it comes to using old stuff and this will help us all hoarders, lol ****I've started a YouTube channel and started posting videos using my basic grey collection! I'll be posting once a week Here's a link
I have three up so far... Please subscribe!

I have you beat, ashamed to say…39 collections (I just counted), and they are also from the early years. Plus a lot of the 6x6 pads. The largest collection is Black Tie v.2 - I have 5 or 6 sheets each of those papers. What was I thinking?! Oh, but I loved it so much. Your challenge sounds great & I'd love to see your videos!

I haven't bought any of their lines from the most recent years because I didn't like the designs but I hoarded up on the "good years" like I was never going to see paper ever again. I seriously need to start using those papers. fortunately, many lines have coordinating colors and complimentary patterns so I hope to group a couple of lines at a time for an album.

Lime Ricky was the best paper for little kids. I have a few others, but prefer bright and bold and often go Bo Bunny.

BG is one of my favorites! I'll watch videos, especially if it gets me moving towards using some of that BG paper that's taking up a nice chunk of space in the cabinet.

I loved the older lines. I'm hoarding Porcelain, and when I was sorting through my stash the other day, I found some embellishments I forgot I bought. Oh, happiness!

I'll take your Basic Grey and raise you with Scenic Route. Seriously - I could wallpaper a house (inside and out) with my stash of these two companies. Someday I'll work up the courage to cut into them instead of admiring them.

BG. Love. Love. Love. Here are two recent BG stories: I was doing some work for a client a few weeks ago, and she pulled some paper out to go with the photos. I said, "No, these pictures need BG Black Tie." I pulled it up on my phone so she could see a quick pic. She was very happy with the pages. A couple of days ago, I found an unopened collection of Lemonade in my stash. I forgot it was there. Don't be jealous.. Lisa

Love me some BG! I still am hoarding scraps from Lollipop Shoppe and a few sheets from Black Tie. I have a few older collections too. Just recently used up Scarlett Letter. I like their Christmas collections and mostly use those for my albums. Just recently used Highline for a Las Vegas trip.
Would love to see what you come up with.

I love BG! I bought two of the warehouse boxes this year. I'm still trying to organize all of it. Plus what I already had. I'll have to think about how many different lines I have. I'm sure it's over 30.

I willl be checking out your videos, for a slightly different reason... I used to buy a lot of Basic Grey paper because I would really love the colors/patterns, but for some reason, to me, BG papers are tough to design into a layout-- something about the large-format of some of the patterns. So I'm definitely interested in seeing how your layouts!!
eta: okay, so I went on your link to your youtube channel, and along with your channel, I think I subscribed to at least 4 or 5 other you-tubers-- thanks for posting the link!! Now I will have plenty of visual inspiration for scrapping!!
