You said a face count, right? I'm going to grab a point for the Jack-o-lantern if you don't mind. Do I mind? Not at all! Thanks for playing along the card is adorable. I need to see if I can use any of my galaxy background for Halloweeny cards. btw I'm impressed that your cardstock held up. I'm forever using lightweight cardstock when I should be reaching for watercolor paper and my results are usually very wobbly. What did you use for your splatters? Reminds me I have some unopened distress resist spray to try out. Hope you feel better and that your cardstock gets out of customs jail soon

Reminds me I have some unopened distress resist spray to try out. Hope you feel better and that your cardstock gets out of customs jail soon Thank you. I was so out of my mind because of the fever that I kept doing stuff wrong last week. I have nice cotton Canson watercolour paper at home but no, I had to go and grab my heavyweight cardstock instead. Silly Booty! The cardstock I used is my very fave: My Colors Cardstock Heavyweight (from My Mind's Eye). It's so-so-SO nice. And as you can see: it actually held up pretty well despite becoming completely wet and getting a good three rounds of watercolour. I didn't even tape it down (eep!)... Splatter was the laziest and easiest way I could think of: watered down heavy gesso from Prima. Cardstock still in customs jail and I'm still coughing up phlegm but hey, the fever is gone! Thanks for being one of our Cardtober hosts, by the way. Tag me if there's a galaxy background twist in one of your challenges. I've got this.

gramma and azcrafty I left you love on flickr (btw azcrafty, if you want your flickr links to show up as pictures here instead of just links you can hit the little arrow icon on the flickr picture, switch the option to BBCode, and copy the long link that shows up in the box. If you paste that here as a reply it will show the picture as well as the link )

I'm using my phone so maybe that makes a difference. Any help is appreciated. And thank you for the love on Flickr 😊

Are you using the flickr app or the mobile website? I don't know if either one is set up to share using the bbcode... shrug. I've been slowly learning how to do stuff around here but there's a lot. Anyway, no worries! clicking a link is no bother - I would be doing it anyway

scrapnnana, those are the cutest little critters. I love their little faces so went to the Design Store to mark them on my wishlist. Box cards are my favorite cards. Adorable work. Linda, I love your manatees and the cute play on words. The torn paper waves are great and I love the embossed background. Cute critters!
