Have you checked Spellbinders? I think they've had one very similar in the past. Cant tell you the name of it though.

I'll echo mom and say that it looks like it could be by Spellbinders, specifically by Becca Feeken (aka Amazing Paper Grace). It also kind of has an Anna Griffin vibe to me. I spent a little time sleuthing but wasn't able to come up with a match. Good luck!

That is really pretty. I googled envelope dies and there are a ton of similar ones and they’re mostly no name brands but not that exact design. I do like the fact that you’re trying to check to see if it’s a knockoff.

There are certain ‘shops’ on Ali express that designers sell thru directly but I don’t know which ones.

These are not the exact same die, but they are similar. www.elizabethcraftdesigns.com/products/lace-cardwww.elizabethcraftdesigns.com/products/lace-pocketI didn't google to find the best price on the above dies. The dies probably can be purchased at other online craft stores that sell Elizabeth Craft Designs. Kiwifarmer, the die that you linked to on AliExpress is also for sale on Amazon. I didn't take the time to read all through the listing but there were negative reviews, one was about the dies not being the correct size.

The alternative is I look for a cut file? However, I sold my old silhouette as I have the Cameo 4 coming.....however, the delivery to New Zealand has been delayed grrrrr . If it arrives in time it would be great, just looking g for a back up plan.

The main image has a watermark on it, looks like "Beauty Card" (or Beauty Cards) and then "Digital Template" underneath. Google doesn't help much though - comes up with all sorts of beauty store loyalty cards

I have found similar dies on Amazon (that are NOT Chinese knockoffs).
It looks like a very detailed die, though, and those types of dies can sometimes be obnoxious to get a clean cut. I haven’t read the reviews for this particular die, but other detailed dies that I had did not cut well without shims, even though they were from high quality, legitimate companies. That could be a possible reason for negative reviews. The manual die cut machines are not all identical. Some are tighter and cut cleaner than others. Some you have to use lots of shims with detailed dies.
Good luck on finding a solution in time, regardless!

I have no clue, but just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration! I may be making wedding invitations in the next couple of years and now I know what I am after!

If you read the Customer Reviews it sounds like this is only for one die. Check out their post before purchasing it.

Wow, you guys! Excellent sleuthing. They seem to have lifted all of her listing photos and barely even bothered to remove her watermark - I noticed one image where they had erased most of it but they didn't even bother on some of them. So much for the advice they give etsy sellers about using a watermark that overlaps the product so it can't be stolen... geez.
