I haven’t had time to officially do the challenges this month, but I have looked at all of them. I love them so much I plan on doing all of them as I can!!

A couple of thoughts I had on this were: maybe if the challenges are posted here we keep it monthly to not overwhelm this board for the people who don't do the challenges; but if we were going to post them on the Challenges board, they COULD be a separate challenge weekly (maybe with one thread over here that could be updated every time a new challenge was added? Maybe we would need a couple of people to spearhead it here, though? |

I would love to see/do a monthly challenge. I can’t do anything till January, though.
However, I would love to see more card sharing here. Maybe when we share a card, we can suggest a challenge related to our card?
Are we supposed to share our cards elsewhere? I personally prefer seeing them here. The challenges and sharing on the challenge board move so fast. I’m a bit overwhelmed right now, so it’s hard to keep up with what is posted over there. It’s easier to see them here (not that I’ve participated much lately).

Thanks, gramma and scrapnnana. If we had one host per week we could certainly do this. Of course, not until January. Wondering who else might be interested in setting up some challenges. Thinking this might tie in with joblackford's plan to start doing Christmas cards early in the new year. A challenge could be a specific event/holiday/reason for a card, a sketch, a challenge to use a specific type of sentiment/greeting, or material, or colour combo, or... We could have something running like Merry Mondays used to. Maybe Two Peas Tuesday? I could sticky a list of dates at the top of this board and then when someone volunteers to host that date, I could fill it in, like LisaDV does with Sketchy Saturdays on the Challenges board. What do you think? |

I think it sounds good.
I have a card group that meets at my house once a month (most months), for which I usually design at least one card.
If we don’t have to meet specific criteria for the card challenges we host, and if I could use one of the cards that I design for my card group as the focus of any challenge that I host, I could probably host once a month. I just don’t know if I’ll have time in December.

I'm game. Can't guarantee I would always have a new card sample to show off - I'm making cards all the time though, and happy to think of challenges related to what I've been working on/need to make  |

Sounds good. I belong to a card making club too. I can post the card I make for them and use it as a challenge, this will guarantee that I have them ready way before the night before 😊. I'm a procrastinator.
