Just finished this one. DS loves all things fire trucks and firemen so he (for the 3rd time) was a fireman for Halloween. I used one of the CP Halloween washie tapes on the corners and 2 others on the strips under the photos. I also added stickles to the trick or treat tag.

Okay, edited the So Brave layout so I could share it. I wanted to show others what I did with a unique patterned paper 12x12 sheet. I loved these piece but was struggling with what to do with it. I decided to fit everything within the design and then to bring out the gold letters, I added gold glitter washi to the corners.

@sunnycalimom, What a sweet layout about a Day with Thomas. I love the design and the way it looks like a train track going up the page. Love your embellishment cluster too. I’m sure he had a fabulous day! ~ Perfect embellishments on your Ready to Fly page. That looks like an adventure any boy would love. The overlapping photos with white mats make a great design. Wonderful pages.~ What a darling Halloween page. I love the washi border and your die cuts of ghosties and the owl are really cute. I love that punched border. I need to remember to pull our my punch like that. It’s such a great touch! ~ I love your page about your brave girl. I am so sorry she needs to go through the infusions, but hope they keep her from being sick. Love the gold corners. This is a beautiful page to mark her journey. Hugs to her and you.

I haven't used that border punch in years!!! I have 2 left. That one and the one with the eyelet hole in the middle of the rounded edge. I used to have a few more but gave them away. I would like to find a nice snowflake border punch though. I had the MS one and it never worked right.

@sunnycalimom , your pages on this page are awesome. I love what you did with the washi and I love the title "Fright Night". And you used that difficult pp perfectly on "So Brave". This story calls for special papers, and this one worked wonderfully. The hearts and arrows are great additions, too. Love the little cluster that connects the two photos. (((((Hugs))))) to you and to her. You are both very brave.

And one of the things I have done this month - a set of cards to give to my mom for her birthday Sunday. She is a docent at the art museum and has gotten very close to her fellow docents. They are always giving each other cards for this and that. So, when I saw ComplicatedLady 's challenge from Day 7 of Cardtober, I had to do it! I ordered the kit and made the cards. I also bought the Sentiment Strip stamp and die a while back and thought this is the perfect time to use it. Points - 20 2 - card ketchup = 1, 5 - Rectangle = 1, 9 - Color Your World = 1, 16 - Thank Someone = 1, 28 - Card for someone I love = 1, 29 - Stamp on a card and bonus never used = 2, 34 - Metal Die = 1, 47 - Scraplift = 1, 68 - Scrapbusting = 4, 72 - Darkness Lurks = 1, Stashbust = 6

lynnek, you need to multiply your points by the number of cards and be sure to give yourself credit for completing each card and sharing it. Your cards are wonderful. I left you comments in the gallery. BTW, the panda pop up card I made was very easy. She has a video that walks you through. I was surprised that it went together so easily. You won't be disappointed.

Yes, lynnek, as nylene says, you need to multiply that total by 12, then add 12 for creating the cards and 1 for sharing. So a cool 253 points! Left you some love in the Gallery.

Here is my morning production. I started with a KaiserCraft Starry Night card kit from our LSS. They had provided photos and precut pieces for 12 cards, and a bunch of extra supplies. I also had picked up the sticker book and a few pages from this line, so had lots to work with. For four of these, I cut the card bases they provided in half and attached each half to a white card base, built the predesigned card, then created a similar one from the kit extras and my stash. So I ended up with eight cards... KaiserCraft 1 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr KaiserCraft 2 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr. For some reason, in these photos, they look darker than they are IRL Still have 8 more predesigned cards (for another day) to go, so I should end up with at least 24 cards from a 12 card kit!

It feels like forever since I had something to share. I made these photo calendars yesterday and printed them this morning. One for my parents in NZ, one for my high school friend who lives in England. (Oops, I just realized I was probably supposed to print one for my aunt too. That's what happens when I don't get out my notes first!) Anyway, some months I used the same image for both versions, some months I use a different one. I never know how much my friend wants to see my face vs a more artistic image (lol). I know my parents like our faces and pictures of the house. I'm going to have these wrapped and ready to before we go away for Thanksgiving - no more leaving things to the last minute! Click through and click on the flickr image if you want to see the details. I used some of my favorite photos from the past year. The templates are from Paislee Press/The Lilypad. I have completely lost my mojo since Sketchtember ended, so I decided to use a template to help me put together a quick page. Template by Scrapping With Liz, Papers and Elements from the 'My Passion' kit by Joyce Paul. joyfulnana this is the LO that I mentioned was so similar to your Sketchtember 16 sketch - the placement of the photos and the dotted circles. If you see them side by side win the gallery you'll see what I mean. I should have cheated and said this was my take on the sketch haha!

Went to an all day crop yesterday and finished 5 one page LO’s and 1 two pager. I’ll post the two pager after I add the finishing touches.
This LO title SHOULD say From sunshine TO snowfall. I have added the TO to the bottom line of the title.

Fun pages, AussieMeg! And wow! So many beautiful cards, joblackford! I will nip over to Flickr in a minute and give each share there some love. KikiPea, you have been busy, too. I love how your pages always look so artfully put together. You are the master of layering and tucking in interesting extras. Especially love the way you put snowflakes AND flowers on the From Sunshine to Snowfall page! The HEY! page has such fun photos and a cute title cluster. The colours in Full of Joy are gorgeous, beginning with that plaid. Great photo in Sunset. And I love the happy colours and different shapes on this page.
