Here are a couple of quick pages to finish the Disney from 2017. I got tired of writing and Christmas Cards and needed a break. These went together quickly. Now back to writing. I have written a lot but haven't put them in scrapbook form yet. Hope to do some this week. DGD is doing well on writing her novel. I hope she can get it finished before the end of the month.

Here are the rest of my weekend's cards. Some quick cards using KaiserCraft Let it Snow collection. I have the papers, which I cut into 4x6 pieces, the stickers, and the diecuts. Also used the cut apart sheets which have great holiday sentiments on them. Kind of mixed and matched them all. I liked the foiling on this collection, and added some items I diecut from foiled cs. There are five cards here: KC Let it Snow cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr For these cards, I started with some negatives from deer I diecut last year (I never throw ANYTHING away!). I diecut them into ovals, backed them with some papers (the top on has some soft HOTP "suede" paper that looks like animal fur). I then cobbled together a background scene with inks and stamps. There are 5 cards here: Deer & trees 1 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr For these, I used some cute Karen Burniston dies. The sleigh is actually part of a die set where it pops up inside the card, but I wanted it for the outside here. I also used some of her cute animal dies and dressed them up in Santa hats (another KB die). I hand cut the "gifts" in the sleigh, but the bow is her die as well, from the sleigh set. There are sic of these, 3 for each animal. Santa Sleigh 1 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr These last two cards I put together as I was putting away my card making stuff. They have a little more dimension and will probably have to be hand delivered. I simply popped up one of the KC diecuts over a piece of leftover pp and added a sticker and branding strip sentiment. The shaker globe on the other card was a freebie from @thekatsmeow, which justjac included in her Christmas gift to me. ornaments by Gramma Dee, on Flickr So points for Sunday's cards which I shared yesterday and today are: 30 cards created/ 7 shares (37), and a flat 30 x 10 = 300 points b/c they are cards. Total: 337.

What a happy page, AussieMeg! Left you love in the Gallery. After my card making marathon on the weekend, I had been staring at the unused Stampin' Up! mitten punch (one of the many suuplies/tools still hanging out on my dining room table) and wondering what I could do with it. Yesterday I found a scrap of glitter pp and got an idea that those mitts could hold a snowball. Then I found my Marvy Uchida heart punch. I now have enough stuff diecut and punched for ten cards. So far I have assembled only one, using my pieces and some other scraps... heart snowball by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Here is a card I made for our DGD's 18th b-day next week. She is an avid book lover and is a violinist. I hope she likes it. I finished 70 Christmas cards and have them ready to start addressing. I usually do most of them the same pattern so I can put one in my yearly album and remember what I sent to relatives that year. Then I won't send the same style to the same person next year. My memory is not that good! LOL Christmas Cards 2019

Nylene, your grand daughter’s card is amazing, she’s going to love it!! You’re so clever to be able to get both of her loves incorporated into a card.

I’ve never been a fan of circular designs because I wasn’t sure how to use them. Everyone else that does them makes them so pretty! I got this paper in a kit that I purchased, and decided to give it a try. For someone who used to scrap super simple, this is quite busy, but I think it turned out okay. 🙂

KikiPea, I don't know why you are not a fan of circular designs. You do them perfectly. This layout is simply gorgeous. I love the background and you lovely clusters tucked around the wreath. Everything looks so balanced and beautiful. This is one of my favorites of your pages this month. So lovely!

This layout is for the Wacky Holiday challenge - International Hat Day. I went back and forth for ages over this one - I couldn't decide on a black or a white background. I'm still not sure which one I'd prefer, but I rarely do black backgrounds so I thought I'd go with that for now. Template - Build a Background by Fiddle Dee Dee. Paper - Chalktastic 3 by Joyce Paul. Tulle - Kimeric Designs. Other elements from the 'Be An Optimist' kit by Cathy K Designs and 'Birthday Fun' kit by Lindsay Jane.

Wanted to add, I had to get a new laptop and I can't get the old one to start. It's slowed things down this month. I'm still quite slow with flikr, but praise will be added soon to the gallery.

Everyone is doing such great layouts/cards! I'm just now posting a couple layouts I made earlier this month of my littlest grandson. I'm not finding a lot of time to scrap this month, my Dad passed in September and I just had to put down his little dog, Daisy. My heart is sad and just not in the scrappy mood now. I do hope to do the December Daily I've been prepping for, but we will see. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Sorry to drop a bunch of projects here in one go but I've been busy! I've also shared these on the November card share thread. I made more Sheetloads of Cards with different Simple Life papers and some vellum scraps: November cards by jo.blackford, on Flickr These z-fold ones too. I would've made more but I ran out of cardstock! November cards by jo.blackford, on Flickr I used up almost all of my Starshine and Echo Park (? some kind of pirate collection from a couple of years ago that coordinated) by making these random cards using some of Call Me Crafty Al's Sheetload designs, loosely interpreted. I have some more to finish off when I have time to cut more of the hello die cuts - about this many again. These will all be donated. I sent the rest of my scraps to a Shimelle-loving friend. November cards by jo.blackford, on Flickr I used the November SheetLoad sketch for these cards using a few clearanced papers from Jenn Hadfield's Heart of Home. I added some skeleton leaves that came with a Hero Arts kit (didn't have enough for all of them). November cards by jo.blackford, on Flickr I had these panels stamped but didn't know what I wanted to do with them, to color or not, so they sat in my stash for months. I stuck them down and added my favorite die cuts to them and they'll make good "masculine" cards for Bring Smiles to Seniors. Two are dark grey, two are black. I have some colorful embossed versions of these that I should also finish! November cards by jo.blackford, on Flickr Can you tell that I love that Birch Press sugar script "hello" die?! Best (cheap) investment ever for donation cards. I have one more project to finish up before I tidy up my desk and switch over to digital projects - Xmas thank you cards coming soon. I have a couple of other things that I wanted to work on but I think I need to say "when!" We'll see... I might squeeze a couple more things in this weekend
