So sorry, Nyleme. Prayers for you and your family. I know you will be a blessing to the people who get to stay with you and your whole family.
We are almost home after our adventure in canadian, Texas. We had a great time with dgs x4. Going to find out what fast food is open in our town and relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

(((((Hugs))))), nylene. Such a sad way to spend this weekend. But, as @elaynef says, I am sure you will be a huge comfort for family coming in for the funeral. Please take care of yourselves and don’t overdo it getting ready for house guests. |

Just checking in to say farewell to November!
Do you have the Christmas (or holiday) spirit yet? We didn't just wrap up Thanksgiving, so I am itching to get started. To add to the excitement, I need to have everything ready to pack up and take to the two families in Calgary by December 10th when I drive down there! And I want the parcels for ds's family in BC and for my brothers' families packed up and mailed before I go.
Hauled some Christmas stuff up from the basement this morning. Have started packing up small décor items to go off to the basement to rest for a few weeks, to make room for the holiday themed stuff in the tubs. I put the tree up and strung the lights on it. Just need to add the streamers, maybe tomorrow. Then when dd's little guy comes here on the 13th he wants to hang the ornaments.
The family calendar is at the printers. I still will need to glue in the pages and write in important dates before they are ready to apply the gift wrap. Exchange cards--including to the Pokeys--are either posted already, or ready for dropping off. Have my Christmas letter composed and ready for printing for cards for family and friends. Have started sorting gifts that need to be wrapped.
Heading into town in a few minutes to check out the local craft fair. Need to pick up a couple of small things to go into the packages I will be mailing next week.
Whew! Need to get moving and get out of the house before I run out of steam LOL.
Hope you are having a wonderful last day of November and will enjoy the first day of December tomorrow!
