I love to buy the UK magazines with the "free gifts" inside. I love to read them, and I love the little treats included - I've gotten some super cute 6x6 pads, clear stamps, shimmery watercolors...
My question is this: are the free gifts a newsstand phenomenon in the US, or do regular subscribers get the same "prizes" as the newsstand customers do?

Wow that sounds fun but I don't think I have ever seen a uk scrap magazine sold by me. Where do you buy yours and which ones?

I get mine at our big box book seller. I just love the free goodies, and I like looking at the different styles of cards that the UK stampers make.
I think the free goodies come with the magazines that are distributed in the UK too.

Yes, they do come to the UK subscribers and to the newsstand copies here in the US. What I want to make sure (before I plunk down the big bucks for a subscription) is that the same free gifts come to US subscribers who get the magazine at home.
They are fun! I used to get them at M's or J's, but now I can only find them at B&N - and the selection is dwindling there, which is why I want to start getting one at home.
I'm like a little kid about the free stuff. It's a bit ridiculous. LOL
ETA Sorry - you asked which ones... I can't remember all the titles, but I think Papercraft Inspirations and Cardmaking & Papercraft were among them.
