Going to any crops. Have plans to finish a project.
I have plans tomorrow. My house is clean, my laundry is done. I have meal planned. There is no excuse. Oh even the weather is cooperating. Its going to rain..SO no reason to not. I have a plan in mind. My scraproom is clean. There is NO reason NOT TO.
Its funny when I actually do sit down with my supplies and play and create I have such a great time and every time I think to myself I need to do this more often.

I am. I'm recovered enough from surgery to sit at my table for hours and finally play with my Ali Edwards stamps. Hubs is going to be gone ALL day tomorrow into the early evening. That gives me a nice bonus scrappy day. I'm even planning to get up early! (Typing this is making me even more excited, LOL!).

no crops  I haven't been to a crop in years sadly but I am hoping to scrapbook this weekend - it's a long weekend for my girls (no school Monday); DH is camping Fri-Sun and back to work Monday after having this past week off and my son works the weekend - his next day off is Thursday. I have photos printed and a clean scrapbook area - just need to find that mojo... |

no crops I haven't been to a crop in years sadly but I am hoping to scrapbook this weekend - it's a long weekend for my girls (no school Monday); DH is camping Fri-Sun and back to work Monday after having this past week off and my son works the weekend - his next day off is Thursday. I have photos printed and a clean scrapbook area - just need to find that mojo... Get on pinterest and find your mojo or a layout, project, card what have you. FIND THE MOJO...

I am turning off my phone tomorrow. And the only site I'm allowed is my boards on pinterest..not even new searches..
It works for me. No distractions.

Nothing specific planned, but I'm hoping to catch up on Project Life tomorrow.
I'm also on the last few layouts of 2003, which means the last of my 8.5x11 layouts. I am so excited to move onto 12x12 that you would think I'd blow thru these last few. Nope. I am just so sick of the smaller size page that every time I sit down to work on them, I cringe. Maybe I'll finally be able to finish them off. Here's hopin' . . .

I am hoping to get some scrapping in tonight or tomorrow night. I got my pictures organized one night this week and just need to keep my eyes open long enough to do a couple of pages.

I'm having my monthly crop with the girls tomorrow night.
There are six of us. We have dinner and dessert, lots of laughs and some scrapbooking actually does occur!
Which reminds me, I need to upload some pics and get them printed so I can pick them up tomorrow morning.

My Ali Edwards stamps are being delivered today and tomorrow is True Scrap (which is always hugely inspiring) so I really hope I can scrapbook tomorrow night and Sunday.

One of these days I'll get the hang of it . . . Cathy Zielske does 8.5x11. Her blog has some ideas and her book Clean & Simple Scrapbooking is one I refer to often. They have it on Amazon. I'm hoping so! I didn't last weekend (sometimes I just get tired of all of my stuff piled all over the kitchen table) but I did a couple of kits this week so I'm itching to put a couple of pages together. Hoping I can get it done!

Sadly not. My craft room is also the "guest" room and my sister is coming to stay for a couple of days next week. That means major cleaning and a little rearranging so it's a little more comfy rather than crafty. Maybe next weekend.

No crafting for me this weekend. I am at DD's college to watch her play field hockey. Sunday is senior day and my daughter has to decorate a locker for her teammate so I spent the last 2 days make pretty stuff with my circuit. The theme is princess so it was easy. I made a 3 d chandelier and some princess frames.

gloryjoy, that sounds so fun!
I won't be doing any scrapping this weekend, but I'll be taking a lot of pictures. Hopefully I'll get some scrapping time in during the week next week.

I have a few projects I need to do around the house and then I want to spend some time organizing my photos and get some printed. We went to a pumpkin farm today and I want to scrap those. I also need to take DS to his school and get a few pics. I am hoping to get creative the next few weekends and get my creative mojo back. I need to crank out a lot of pages for Christmas gifts as I make scrapbooks snd calendars for gifts and each year it takes me longer to create them. I used to be halfway done by now and haven't even started yet nor have I scrapped any pages for me. I want to do a few pages on our new house and city soon.

Well, not exactly scrapping.... But I am heading to HL in about an hour to shop for supplies for the 30 Days of Gratitude project I am considering.
If I find a smaller album that grabs me (not sure what size I want to use), then I'll look for some stuff to go in it. I'm thinking I will do a fall/autumn theme for colors and embellishments. I haven't scrapped in forever, so hope that the 30 day project will get me going again.

Found this very cute painters tray at HL for $6 clearance. They had paper that already fit in it and I added some pictures and a few embellishments and in less than 30 minutes was done. Super easy project. The boy belongs to me and I am gong to give it to his girlfriend. She appreciates my scrappy stuff. |
