I did. I'm in the mountains with my mom. She goes to bed way earlier than me, and I don't have wifi for my laptop so I usually tend to get some scrapping done while here. Last night I finished 2 layouts that I'd had in progress for awhile.

Well I didn't finish the home projects but I did take a lot of picture so far this weekend - birds in the backyard, fire in the firepit last night, followed some hot air balloons today, pumpkin patch and some pictures at DS's school. I also edited some photos for 2 layouts and cut out some basic tags - I still need to stamp and decorate them. I hope to maybe get some scrapping done tomorrow if I can finish editing and printing photos.

Yes, I scrapped Fri night and all day today at a crop I like to go to each month. I am trying desperately to finish up my son's baby pictures. I scrap 8.5 x 11 and finished 8 on Fri night and 18 today. I even put them all away in the albums as well!
Many of those photos were scrapped like 15 years ago when all I had was some basic cardstock and stickers, so I am rescrapping them with the nicer baby themed stuff I've collected since then. The biggest challenge is that many of the photos are mutiliated - as in cropped wonkified, and I will often do a page with just one wonkified photo that I try to fix and mat so the crazy cropping isn't that evident. Back when I took his baby pics I used film so if I took a photo, I took just one photo, not several. So the layouts have just one small photo on them and lots of papers and embellies!
I've been actually working on this project for years and the end is in sight, but with no crops in December I will probably have to carry this project into the new year.

I'm working on a baby girl mini book to give to someone very dear to me.
I should be finished today. It feels so good to be able to craft since I had my 1st of 2 surgeries for nerve damage.
I use my silhouette a lot and it has really saved me from a lot of pain.
I should update my blog with the finished project.

I have a few projects I need to do around the house and then I want to spend some time organizing my photos and get some printed. We went to a pumpkin farm today and I want to scrap those. I also need to take DS to his school and get a few pics. I am hoping to get creative the next few weekends and get my creative mojo back. I need to crank out a lot of pages for Christmas gifts as I make scrapbooks snd calendars for gifts and each year it takes me longer to create them. I used to be halfway done by now and haven't even started yet nor have I scrapped any pages for me. I want to do a few pages on our new house and city soon. You're scrapping photos that you took today?! Does this mean you're all caught up?!!! I got 3 pages of Project Life done yesterday. Today I'm catching up on all the TV shows that are on while I'm watching other TV shows. I may do a little traditional scrapping in between. |

I should be creating since I got all my birthday goodies this week and the husband is away hunting. I managed to make a video of the goodies and that's about it.

I didn'tdo as much as i wanted . I ended up scrapping today. Got a die cut pieced together. The cottagecutz mountain Lodge. It took awhile. But it was fun. Scraproom still clean too.

Yes, I finished a page from our adventures last weekend, which means that my project of scrapping our "summer" is going really well. I'd always wanted to do it since summer is the time we do things here (due to the lousy weather) and had never done it. I decided this year to try and do it as the time went along and have done pretty well so far.
BUT... that meant I had to put scrapping a short vacation in June on the back burner. So I started working on that today.

I did get 1 page done and I cleaned up my space. I'll be going to a 4 day crop in November so I need to get organized! I'm the go to, bring everything girl so packing is a bitch! I bring things I know I won't use just in case my girlies want to play with it. I am fine with that as they help me carry it all! Can't wait!

My scrappy weekend plans were a FAIL. I was a lazy lima bean on Saturday, I just couldn't get motivated to do anything. Then yesterday I had to play good wife and do things around the house. Dang. There's always next weekend, I guess.
