My ds graduates in a couple of months and has been working with the same SLP since 6th grade. She's absolutely freaking amazing and we all love her dearly. In addition to ds writing her a thank you card, my dh and I want to get her a gift. I know she drinks wine so I found a stemless wine glass. ETA: I'd originally found one with a saying on it but after much searching, I found a hand blown glass one that I liked much better. It's unique and beautiful! I'm going to go to our local handmade chocolate place and get an assortment of chocolates to go with it.
I'm also doing either a visa gift card or a Dunkins gift card as well. Thoughts on that?
I know she bikes and hikes. Any small gift ideas that relate to those things? I don't do either. LOLOL

Just asked my DD and she likes the wine glass idea. She also suggested a print off Etsy of the Scottish Munros (she didn’t realise you were in the US) but there is maybe something similar of mountains local to you. It’s simple line drawing silhouettes of the mountains with their names underneath.

You could also consider buying her a gift card certificate to a place where she can buy professional resources. If she’s anything like me... I spend a ton of my own money on materials because otherwise I’d have nothing. Teachers Pay Teachers is one idea.
But she’ll appreciate anything, truly. It’s so kind of you. ❤️
