Concert 1 by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Concert 3 by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Concert 2 by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Finally got these photos from August scrapbooked. I kind of lost enthusiasm for documenting this concert because two of the three papers (the pinkish one is from a different collection) are glossy and hard to work with, and news about the lead singer. Anyway, it is now documented. Page 4 will be a divided paper protector with other photos, and the two other bands that played at the concert.

I finally finished a layout that had me stumped for over 2 months. In that time I cleaned out a lot of stuff out of the house to avoid that layout. Once I had the title, I was good to go. I still don't really like it though. I don't like the paper that much either, but I bought the pad and the ephemera, so I thought I should use it. Onto the next!

No Luck by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr My Shutterfly order arrived this afternoon, and I made a page with two of the photos Stuff used is in the description on Flickr. Q2 challenges met: shapes: leprechaun, arrows colors: rainbow technique: distress (crayons), DIY background yes, I feel like I cheated by contributing three of those to the challenge list with this layout in mind Still learning how to use distress crayons, I didn't realize I didn't have a purple, so now I might need a 2nd set...

Used an older Sketchtember sketch here, and I finished the last 12x12 sheet of paper in this baby collection, as well as busted a lot of SUPER old stickers! Overall a big win and I am happy with this page Sketchtember 20 2024 by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr

Great pages, everyone. I have left love in the gallery if you post there. grammadee, I love your page with all the photos collaged so perfectly. I love the little flipflop beach scene. They are such a cute couple. craftymom101, what sweet photos of that fun age. You did a beautiful job of tucking little embellishments all around him. Beautiful page.

I love your cards, grammadee. Are the holes made with a cover die? What a fun look.

Are the holes made with a cover die? What a fun look. Yes, it was an Elizabeth Craft Designs cover plate. There is an outline die to cut the whole set of hexagons out as one group, but I prefer the look of just the punched holes. Some of the little confetti dots did not want to pop out, but I kinda liked that random look, too, so didn't stress about it. That set has no separate hexagon dies, but I used one of the hexagon nesting dies from Spellbinders I have had forever.

I'm very behind on sharing, but I haven't been making very much since I made a Sheetload at the beginning of the month. I found parts for a card stashed in the back of a die set, so that was an easy win to finish. I was looking for a good small sentiment and found a tiny happy face from Lawn Fawn to add the the envelope. Almost every other element was already ready and waiting to be glued down. Thanks, Past Jo. April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr Ditto on these cards. I had a stack of card panels I made last year from a big stash of Doodlebug scraps. All most of them needed was a sentiment, and most of the sentiments were in my binder, ready to go. April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

College Events by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr I had to scribble out the title since it was the college logo, but this page covers two events (one was yesterday) that were potential college student related. Q2 challenges crossed off: use the word 'hello' school colors something that happened in the past week memorabilia (sticker I used it as the title) scrap a tour place name in title: name of college pre-made title, the sticker Triangle Lake by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr trying to scrap the lake where I spent every Labor Day weekend from age 8-18, and summer camp for five years, except I only have 3 photos and I'm not in any of them and one (not used in this layout) is blurry. challenges checked off: VW van (we drove one) old (Basic Grey Persimmon letter stickers) musical instrument my favorite (place to camp as a kid) splish splash
