I won't post anything else about my journey to physical fitness on a separate thread, but I managed to do weights again this week AND came up with my own rhythm and kinda want to do them again in the near future because it was almost fun. Ok whatever it was fun. I said to myself on a count of four "Howto lookgood na-ked." and that was one set of 3. I did that maybe 4x on each machine and then went back and did it again on each machine. It was very "freeing" not having an unofficial coach. My own pace seems to work better.
Anyway I won't post any more on it.

Who cares? Why don't you go back and address the terrible things you said about a child on your other thread? You always run away when people call you on your atrocious behavior.

Yes, Elannah, whatever works and can keep you going to the gym is good. Motivation is difficult! Good luck and keep on working out.

That's great ! Anyday you can make yourself exercise is a plus ! I have plans to get back to my exercise/weight routine tomorrow. I've been bad all summer !

Don't laugh, but it did feel stronger this time. I could do more reps at my weakling level. I did more though and that's what counts!
