We are going to a friends house tonight for a game night. I am taking pinwheel sandwiches.... although I've never made them.
Hit me with your best recipe please! TIA!

I like them just spread with spinach dip.
There is another one I used to make that involved lunchmeat turkey, fresh spinach, and jarred roasted red peppers. That was messy but very good.

Mayo, thinly sliced tomatoes, lettuce, slivers of red onion, and the meat of your choice.
My favorite is 2 pkgs of 8 oz cream cheese, a pkt of Hidden Valley Ranch powdered salad dressing mix, sour cream to make it spreadable, chives, and ham.
Pinterest is full of recipes. You really can use anything--including peanut butter and jelly.

Southwest Style Pinwheels. I made these all the time sometimes I'll serve them with homemade ranch dip from the packet. Also, sometimes I leave off the chicken and it's still yummy.
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened 1½ cups shredded Mexican cheese 2 tablespoons Old El Paso taco seasoning 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well) 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, well drained 1 teaspoon minced garlic 4 green onions sliced ½ cup chopped cilantro 8 burrito sized tortillas

I don't have a recipe to offer but I have never met a pinwheel sandwich I didn't like so whatever you make will be a hit, likely! Put something in a tortilla and it will be great!! LOL!
