They provide a service that no one else does - the tracking of series including the ability to mark which ones are read, what's next and when is the next one coming out. Also the ability to track ownership.

They provide links to Amazon now.

Goodreads is fine, but the What's next feature and ownership feature is so useful.

Librarians find the site very useful.

I too signed the petition although this is the first I've heard of it. What a great site. I wish I'd know of it sooner, I surely would have used it. I can certainly see how it would be very useful.

I hope they decide to keep it but I'm not holding my breath. I hope the petition works.

There is a site for looking up what series are in order for books but I always forget what it's called.
