Agree with above. Wondering what a Christian flag is. Is that a thing? And no, dude, your “jokes” wouldn’t be funny, ever. Yes, there is a Christian flag... Flag

Yep. Have your own food. Though my oldest dd and her roommate would go shopping together, plan a dinner, and then split the cost. But for other times, yes, have their own food and pay for it themselves. . They could plan something like a sunday night dinner, we'll eat together and split the cost, or something like that. But the more you keep separate, the less tension. My thoughts exactly! If they want to "share" what they have bought for themselves, obviously that would be up to them.

That is ridiculous!! If they are so concerned with "you're not the boss of me" mentality, Ok, but allow the employee to make the choice of wearing one or not. Can't wait to see how this all plays out.

I have a high school friend (I mean I have known her over 30 years!!) who I had to "snooze" on FB because of the crazy. I just don't even understand how people can believe some of this crap!! One of her pet theories has to do with Bill Gates, microchipping with the COVID vax, SIDS is caused by doctors and since parents aren't taking kids to "well visits" because of COVID, babies aren't dying of SIDS...
Here is one of her latest posts... "The fake news has shifted focus again back to Covid-19
Riots lost their appeal BLM has been exposed as Dem Slush Fund Defund Police is far too Extremist
So now they'll push a second wave COVID wave to control us to try and force mail-in voting DON'T BUY THEIR LIES!!"

I would have to say no. The turn-offs for me would be the "neighborhood", clutter, junk, whatever is off putting and might even have an adverse effect on selling later. Then there is the house and the work that would need to be done (flooring, etc.). I'm with the others... not impressed with the placement of the refrigerator or the kitchen at all. LOL

I don't think we would attend. I have a special needs child, and one with medical issues. I also have my Mom who is medically fragile. I would hate to know I brought something "home" to any of them. I would definitely send a gift and my apology for missing it.

I think that the shows were "appropriate" for the times(as in decade, not so much time of the day/night) that they were on. I mean, back in the 70s sexual harassment wasn't something that you talked about, and I'm betting not many even realized it was a "thing". Just a "hand-sy" or "fresh" man making a play for a woman. No matter how uncomfortable it was you just dealt with it. Just like how women in the 50s wore pearls and heels all.the.time. and "served" dinner to their husband/family after a long day at work.
Times sure have changed. And our tolerance has changed and our knowledge has grown.

I think social media is the root of how bad things are to be honest. I mean, think about it, if we didn't have FB, Twitter, IG, SnapChat, etc.... we wouldn't "know" as much as we do about every.dang.thing.in.the.world going on in people's lives. People wouldn't be as quick to record and post things if there wasn't somewhere to post it and get the attention.
Of course, having said that, that is basically where I go to find out what is happening! LOL

I use my phone the same as you, out and about, in bed, too lazy to get my laptop(it usually lives next to the couch or on my scrappy desk in another room). I HATE having to "type" anything more than a short message or text on my phone. I will do it if I have to but I would much rather use a keyboard.

I don't think I would. I have let my 13 y/o go to two very small sleepovers in the last few weeks now that things are "opening" back up. BUT... I KNOW all of the families (parents) involved and KNOW that they were very "safe" during all of this.

I did home daycare for years and years so my home was mostly decorated "early American toddler". LOL Now that I don't do daycare and can have more "decor" I am not quite sure what my style is. I love to look at real estate to see what others do. I will say I'm not a fan of the layered rugs. Like someone else said, looks like it's a really bad attempt to cover up a murder... or red Koolaid spill? LOL

I agree... take pics before and after without the mask... but if the mask is required, make a page of it! I guess if you aren't a scrapper you wouldn't really look at it that way though... :/
Congrats to your DD!

I noticed, even before Covid, that when I go into either Walmart OR Aldi, I get stuffed up and sneezy. I don't know which one it is because when I notice it is the day that I do all of my groceries, so I go from one to the other and then home. If I go to just one or the other, I don't notice it. I will say though that if I am just going to one or the other its because I am in and right back out because I have forgotten something so my exposure is much shorter/ more limited.

I have found that I have loved most of the books I found on Reese Witherspoon's book club list. Next Year in Havana, Where the Crawdads Sing, etc. My recent favorites have been This is How it Always is, and Long Bright River. I stayed up until 3 am reading Long Bright River and polished it off in just over 24 hours. Ohhhhh I will have to check that out!

Can I just answer with "all of the above"?
Here is one I didn't see listed though. 12x12 page protectors that are different sizes. WRMK is one size, Pioneer is another size, and let's not even mention the ones that come in the albums...tbey are NEVER the same size as ANY of the others! I mean, c'mon, why is it so hard to make them the same(interchangeable with other brands)!?

THANK YOU! I have been commenting on anyone who posts that stupid thing on FB with this "I find it hard to believe it is real considering the word guideline is not even spelled right!"
I have had to step away from FB before today(at least...maybe longer!) because people are just dumb!
