Can any creative writing/rhyming Peas help?

DD was supposed to help me, but suddenly she had other priorities (go figure). Pardon the shade.

Anyway, here is my project and what I need help with. I am making tiny quilts (2 inch square) that have a small cross sewn into the middle of the quilt.

If search pocket quilt on Pintrest you will get the idea, although my design and sewing method is a bit different.

I don't really care for the little poem they have with it and have searched in vain to find something I like. Normally, I am the one that writes the cheesey rhyming poem but can't come up with one for this.

I am thinking about something along the lines of a single little quilt square, as simple as can be, something something something, a gift from you to me

Second verse something about when you feel the cross inside you are reminded of God's love.

Doesn't have to be more than 2 verses, I am going to print it out on cardstock and put a ribbon on it and pin it to the quilt. And I will be happy to just take lines and put them together if anyone wants to come up with some ideas.
