A mistake was made with my last order, and then the item was out of stock and discontinued. They went the extra mile (and then some) to help me.
The missing item arrived today. Coming at the end of a very discouraging week (DH’s health issues), really made my day.
They definitely earned my loyalty as a customer. I have no affiliation with them, just love what I have bought from them, and wanted to give them a shout out for their awesome customer service!

I hope they find and deliver your fridge (in perfect condition) soon. Wow. Just wow. And thanks, everyone, for your well wishes for my DH. Unfortunately, DH is going to be in misery awhile longer. He needs surgery, but they postponed it. |
