Going to be honest and say I have no idea what exercise is going to happen this week. I will get my walks in, but that will probably be it. Our plans have changed and I'm trying to get the house and car packed as we are transferring to our home in the south a month early. Once I'm THERE. . . . . will join my outdoor boot camp class again! Looking forward to that.

Sorry to be repetitive but my goal is to walk 7,500 steps each day. But you ladies motivate me for this regular exercise! It's pouring rain today but want to be able to say I met my goal.

I'll jump in! I've been dealing with an autoimmune disease for the past four years that attacks my joints and makes me really stiff. I am finally in remission and am trying to start exercising again.
My goal is to workout out at least four days for 20 minutes. This morning I did a low impact body weight workout. Boy am I out of shape, it kicked my butt!

I had to put my pilates machine in my closet to make room for my Christmas tree, so won't be using that until the tree is down. I will get my walking in. My son has some "machines" in the garage I may get him to teach me how to use them-I'll let you know how that goes!!

We figured we'd leave in January but I'm so down about the craptastic holiday season that I am throwing in the towel. I'm the Mayor of Seeyaville.

4.5 miles in today! That is more than I've been able to do in one day for a few months. The dog was compliant, and it wasn't too cold or too windy!

I’m totally off track. I was sick with a stomach virus for a few days and it’s taking me awhile to get going. I had 3 days of barely any steps. Ugh
The past 2 days I’ve been able to walk. No reason I couldn’t do my yoga but I just didn’t.
So this week I’ll walk, start my yoga again & get back to my spin bike.

Today I got up late so I only got in 10 minutes of a body weight workout. I'm going to try to get the other 10 minutes in after work but we'll so how that goes. If I don't get my workout done in the morning I typically won't do it after work.

I walked 3 plus miles today. I didn't have my phone with me the whole time, so my tally is officially 3 miles. I fell down today, I tripped over a curb. I didn't hit my head, but I came down on my bad knee. I'm pretty sore (in my back and shoulders) this evening. I had a frozen shoulder before and I "caught" myself with that hand when I fell, and sure hope I can move in the morning. My ddil heated up our corn bag and I sat with it for awhile, and I took some advil--

I've been a lazy bum lately. I took Sat, Sun and Monday off!!!
Yesterday I started the Dec. Calendar for Yoga with Adrienne. I did yoga and meditation yesterday and a session of yoga today. I'm going to pop onto my spin bike around 9 tonight.
I've been binging on crappy food lately. Really disappointed in myself but I can't get a grip. It looks like we're going back into a lock down later this week too. Ugh. Thank goodness the Christmas shopping is done!
Keep going ladies, let's get this done.

I walked 3.5 miles today. No soreness from my fall yesterday--that is the best news! My ddil wasn't going to let me help clean up after dinner last night, and I told her if I didn't move around, I wouldn't be ABLE to move around!! So she relented, and let me help. I took some advil before bedtime, and got up this morning without any side effects from the fall. My lump on my leg is even gone, and no bruising!! (On one of my knees) the other one has a small bruise, but much smaller than I thought was going to be there!! And my arm is moving fine too.

I'm hoping to get a spin class and Day 3 of Yoga with Adrienne's Dec. calendar done.
It's one of those busy kind of days. My daughter is coming over soon. At 11 I'm camping out online to see if I can get a PS5 for my son. At 12:30 I have a business ZOOM meeting. My BIL is coming over at 2 to pick up the snow blower. So many disruptions! LOL.

WEDNESAY: It was almost a wash! I just felt tired and didn't do any exercise the during the day. But then I thought of you ladies and I couldn't go to bed with no exercise, so at bed time I did some indoor walking and a yoga video!!! THURSDAY: I walked and did my aerobics!!! I will walk again later and do my yoga. I have have been so sluggish this week so I am proud I am learning to roll with it.

I walked 3.4 miles today. For some reason I'm sore today--my shoulder and back--I guess from the fall! Used the heat on it, and hopefully will be better tomorrow.

I am 4/5 this week. Wednesday was literally freezing, cold and the worst of all, high windchill. But the other days we did extra, so I'm not too worried.
