I really like this one linkThat's the one I use, too! My husband never really liked broccoli cheddar soup until I made this one. I just do it on the stovetop, though.

I think that's the same recipe as up above! I shred my carrots, too. The first time I cut them into tiny cubes (like 1/8"). Forget that!

People at work love mine...but I'm embarrassed to admit that the ingredients are cream of mushroom soup, Velveeta and broccoli. I throw in water, whatever random cheese ends are in the fridge and a little milk also.

And, can you put the amounts of the ingredients please.

I think that's the same recipe as up above! I shred my carrots, too. The first time I cut them into tiny cubes (like 1/8"). Forget that! The instant pot recipe says to use vegetable stock; the one lucyg uses (which is also the one I use) calls for chicken stock. I'm guessing the instant pot one uses veggie stock because the internet went slightly crazy when it learned that Panera's soup wasn't (isn't) vegetarian. When I make this soup, I usually just buy a pint of whole milk (a little bit healthier, but still creamy and delicious... and premeasured as two cups). Also, SHRED YOUR OWN CHEESE. It will melt so much better.

Holy crap! That Panera knock off recipe is to die for! Thanks for the suggestions. Agreed! I tried it out after the suggestions and it was so easy and delicious!! My best friend had a bowl and she asked if I could make her a batch (she doesn't have an Instantpot) because she needed more, lol. Yum, maybe I'll make it this week.
