Here's a photo of Dave. Your job is to guess that Dave is holding & where it came from (the answer is several posts down)

I think they are skins shed by snakes. Did he find them under his house or on the shed?

Dave is holding a heap of spaghetti, as Australia tries to convince the world that they are the inventors of the famous pasta dish, not Italy. This follows their insistence that they invented pavlova. We understand that cane toads are currently being rounded up prior to an attempt to wrest “frogs legs” dishes from France.

Dave is holding dreadlocks cut then woven together from every non-Australian surfer who came to town and dared to ask who brought the shrimp for the barbie.

They look like snake skins and I'm guessing they were somewhere in his house, either close to where he slept or ate.
I don't think I'd wear a t-shirt depicting a snake on alert in a house where there are a mass of snakes!

If you're right about snake skins, then rather than stand there and having his photo taken he needs to burn the damn house down - pronto! *shudder* I absolutely come out in a cold sweat when I even see photos of snakes.

Dave uses his powers of good to warn others on the internet not to wash their expensive arm knit chunky blankets.

I vote snake skins also. There is one in particular that has the remnants of stripes that convinces me it has to be snake skins. Well, that and his shirt.

Dave is clearly a pervert! Running an illegal "skin" house for snakes. He likes to watch them shed their skins!

Dave is holding snake skins. Dave seems to like snakes. The only reason I can think of as to why Dave is collecting snake skins is because he is making himself a snake outfit. Thinking of Silence of the Lambs action. Please let us know how it works out Dave.

Lots of fun guesses! Those that said snake skins are correct, Dave is holding 30 snake skins (good spotting on the stripes) They came from a house in Queensland, Dave went in to do a ROOF inspection...yes, these were found in the ceiling space of the house, AND this was only some of them, apparently there's another 20 or so skins still up there. Therefore the family have been living in a house with enough snakes in the roof to leave 50 skins... I don't have any sort of snake phobia but imagining having several snakes slithering around above me gives me the willies.

Oh hell no!!! I wouldn't have guessed snake skins because we have found them before and they seem really thin n brittle... ive never picked them up though so i don't know...
But all that in my roof??? Nope.. and where did they disappear too while he was doing the inspection???

I have a major snake fear. I have had a couple of encounters while out hiking, and they scared me enough that I couldn’t continue the hike when we came upon a rattler ion the trail. Of course I always knew they were out there, but coming upon one rattling and curling up ready to strike if we didn’t respect his warning just freaked me out to where I wanted to go back to our tent. My ex wanted to take pictures of it and I wanted to leave it the heck alone.

I’ve seen some scary animals there, for real - including snakes - but that sent a major shiver down my spine. 😨😨

Holy hell Australian are tough! The only thing I deal with is snow and cold for 60% of the year and then mosquitoes. We don't even have rats here.
