Just wondering if you’ve been anywhere where you’ve had to show proof of vaccine?
Our work is going to require it (over 100 employees) but we are still working from home probably for the rest of 2021. I haven’t been anywhere yet where I’ve had to show proof. If the indoor mandate passes in LA County, I would have to start carrying my card.

But, Oklahoma isn't big on vaccines, masks or questions so I don't expect to need it too often.

Yes, in order to teach school it was mandated. And I’m so glad!

Yes, DH and I took an Alaskan cruise two weeks ago and had to show proof of vaccination, as well as proof of a negative COVID test taken within the previous two days.
I’m starting a new job soon, a hospital, and vaccinations are mandated.

I did to my work so I was allowed to take off my mask. Other than that, nowhere has asked to see the vaccine card. I do keep it in my purse just in case.

I had to show mine at a rehab facility and an assisted living facility this week (both for my stepdad). Those were the first times I ever needed to show it … but I never go anywhere, so that might be why. My mom and I visited this same assisted living facility to take a look a couple of months ago, and I’m pretty sure we didn’t have to show it then. ETA I don’t carry mine with me, but I took a picture of it months ago and that’s in my phone, of course. Both places accepted the photo with no problem.

I have a few times, but it is a part of our covid restrictions here. Indoor dining, theatres (movie and live), nail and hair salons, gyms, sporting venues among others require either proof of vaccination or a recent (24-48 hours) negative test. They added vaccine QR codes to the covid track and trace app here, so it was really easy to put on my phone, and so easy to show when needed.

I was the DD for some friends a few weeks ago in LA. Each place required proof of vaccination. Bars and restaurants. Many stores had signs advising proof required. I was not aware this would be a thing. As I’ve said here before I don’t agree with this portion of things. I would not have gone had I known. Being the DD is bad enough .

No I haven't yet, but that's because we've been in lockdown the whole time since I got my vaccination two months ago, and the only place I've been is the supermarket. I'm not sure what will happen when we get out of lockdown, and what places will require proof of vaccination.

I’ve been to two concerts that required it, one indoor and one outdoors. I haven’t put a photo on my phone, what a good idea.

Only at work... we all still have to mask up... but if you dont have vaccines then you have to have a negative rapid test daily...
So when we go into the factory there is a VIP line for those who have vaccines and a loser line for those who have to show a negative test.. sadly the loser line is really long... its probably why we still have to wear masks

Yes, at the theatre and at Wimbledon in the summer. We can access our vaccination record and a Qr code on our phones via the NHS app.

Yes, twice at the theatre. You can either access the info through the NHS app or apply for a paper copy through the website. If you can't or haven't been vaccinated you can show a lateral flow test result instead. The rules don't apply to children though. I haven't come across any restaurants/pubs or similar asking for anything though.

Well Melbourne now holds the dubious honour of being the world's most/longest locked down city in the world. I'm glad that it's kept most of us safe and, well, alive, but it's starting get just a tad tedious now!

I had to upload photos of both sides of it to the county in order to continue as a substitute teacher. Also at the hospital where I hope to go back to some on-call work. Surprisingly not at my mom's assisted living.

Yes, multiple times. We’re having a lot of protests about it in the Netherlands but I am happy to do it. It is so nice to be able to go to a restaurant or theatre again.

Not yet, but I'm heading to NYC to go to some Broadway shows later this month. They require them.

No, but I haven't been anywhere. I got my booster last week and didn't get a card. They didn't give me one and I completely forgot to ask. I have no proof of that yet.

Yes, for international travel. Passing through Heathrow airport and at multiple locations in France via their Pass Sanitaire app on my phone.
I’ve also had to provide a copy to the hospice organization where I volunteer.

Just work so far. There are other places here requiring it but I haven’t been to any of those.
My dd went to a concert a couple weeks ago and she walked around picking up all the dropped ones and turned them into security.

We were told to bring proof of vaccination when DH had a procedure at the hospital in July but when we got there they never asked for it. He told them we were both vaccinated.

I'm glad that it's kept most of us safe and, well, alive, but it's starting get just a tad tedious now! we were neck and neck with you here in ontario i think - we had staged reopening so hair salons, movies, indoor dining just came back mid-summer i think? weird that it is open, amazing how quickly you re-adjust to "that was then". yes, i met my guy for a drink the other day... we don't have cards or QR codes or an app, but the govt had emailed my slip with name, # of doses and date and i had to show that and photo id. and provide my name and phone #. the server was super apologetic - i was super nice (not because i am usually not nice, but i am sure they have to hear about it from multiple wankers every day).
