If you bring your lunch to work, what do you pack? I need some new ideas.
I generally try to eat healthy, and try to eat low carb. I've been doing a lot of chicken with a salad kit, but not the dressing from the salad kit. Looking to change things up.

I don’t pack because I work from home. But lunch is genes left overs from dinner the night before.
If not that, a salad or sandwich.

I'm a sahm and lunch is generally either leftovers or something simple like pretzel thins and hummous or cheese and bread.
DH sometimes comes home for lunch (he works less than a mile away) but sometimes packs leftovers for lunch or he has instant oatmeal, canned soup, and tuna sandwich fixings in his office for an unplanned work through lunch day.
DD packs lunch for school on days she gets up in enough time to do so - she often brings leftovers...she likes chilli or stew or pulled pork/chicken esp. Sometimes she just pulls together a combination of raw veggies, fruit, cheese, and crackers.

I usually pack a "picky plate" including a combination of any of these
salami, kielbasa, rice crackers, carrots, celery, baby tomatoes, cucumber slices, cheeses, nuts, dried fruit.
If there are leftovers once my dh and ds pack their lunch I will take those.

Sometimes leftovers that I know will heat well, like soup or pasta or enchiladas.
If I am motivated to make a salad, I like greens with diced ham, diced salami, diced green peppers, garbanzos, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Or an olive garden style salad.

I almost always plan dinner to be leftovers for lunch. If not that, then sometimes a sandwich or a frozen meal. Or I order DoorDash - but I try not to do that too often.

I don't usually eat lunch at work, I snack.
In my cupboard, I have cereal bars, crackers, sometimes individual soup (but I will only buy them on sale...because they sometimes cost more than the regular cans of soup), etc...
Sometimes, I bring a muffin from my freezer. I buy them in packs, then wrap and freeze individually.

I am doing WW currently, so it is consistently: container nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh berries (black, blue, and rasp) to eat with the yogurt, 1 cup of baby carrots or sugar snap peas, 1 hard-boiled egg.
Before WW - and when I go on to maintenance - a container of homemade soup, an apple, a handful of mixed nuts. Maybe a bag of healthier snacks - veggie straws, rice crisps, etc. A single-serve bag of olives (you can get them at TJs).

Also doing weight watchers. My go to for lunches are the make ahead meals from Sweet Savory and Steph. sweetsavoryandsteph.com/category/lunch/I don’t mind the repetiveness of the same meal all week, it makes for one less thing to think about. She also posts reels each week on IG of what’s in her lunch bag.

I almost always take leftovers, but if I have time I like to make a pot of chili or something hearty to eat all week. Other options I like that makes enough to eat all week are things like taco chili or skillet, Philly cheesesteak bowl, eggroll in a bowl, etc.
Breakfast is almost always the same if I have to pack it for work... hard boiled egg, bacon or sausage, yogurt
